Do you think everyone ONLY plays exclusives?? What kind of nonsense logic is that. What if someone wants to play the next COD at 1440p/120fps? Also you do realize that any games releasing over the next year on either console are going to be under-utilizing next gen hardware right? For the first 1-2 years of any gen most games have looked like ports of previous gen games. Cross-gen exclusives would look great on this.
Yeah I'm completely fine with the smaller hard drive, I already have a 2TB from my current system that I would be able to hook up. No need to charge us an extra $100 for a hard drive we can buy ourselves.
Lol when companies sell you basic plastic kids toys and just call them "amiibo", brilliant marketing aimed at nerds. Great for people that genuinely like them but I don't feel cool keeping a Kirby on my shelf.
Wtf is so exceptional about it? Is it something new and never seen before?
Love it! I can't even keep up with Gamepass games.
It's most likely going to be generic AND will still sell 4 million, simply because it's Marvel. It shouldn't be surprising.
@crazyCoconuts
The difference between that and a sports rivalry is that sports are inspiring, there are rules, and the main purpose is to watch athletes compete so that fans can be entertained off of it. These athletes spend their lives training to motivate you to exercise and compete. There is also a clear winner.
The purpose of video games is to play the games. There is nothing inspiring about watching two companies compete for more money. There is no o...
I would argue that some of your assumptions need to change. Their actual game studios have not been mismanaged. Rare did what they wanted to, whether you like SoT or not it's a successful game and in no way can that be considered mismanagement. They didn't mismanage the Coalition or Turn 10, all their games are stellar. As far as 343 goes, all their games have been critical and financial successes, even though they may have some issues and haven't lived up to expectations compared...
Exactly, we should buy what we want and a small delay shouldn't affect that. I'm going to wait till next year to buy both consoles personally.
Why the f*** would anyone think otherwise?? This is not a "maybe". If the game isn't finished, delay it. How many times has Cyberpunk been delayed? If it hurts the sales of the Series X it's not your problem unless you're MS. For us, the consumer, it's straightforward. if i'm going to buy a Series X for Infinite then I'm going to do that regardless of when it comes out. Neither console has a killer launch lineup right now, neither console has a release date o...
Gamepass streaming will be so clutch for games like these
It looks good graphically and some of the effects and combat looks fun. Other than that there is not much appealing about this. It's going to have a cookiecutter superhero story and cookiecutter enemies to fight. If it didn't have an Avengers skin no one would care about it.
People just swarm towards anything Marvel related no matter how generic it is.
Is this game anything like Anthem?? I thought this was a linear story experience with co-op, whereas Anthem is a shared-world MMO shooter.
Ok where tf did this game come from, it looks incredible wow!
Could it look any redder?
@King_Noctis
Ease up, you're reading wayy too hard into it. There is nothing negative in the statement.
It's the same with Dreams. Absolutely incredible game that most PS4 owners will never play, but still celebrate it.
Also you're forgetting this game is available day one on Gamepass, which gives a HUGE playerbase access to it, who would never care for it otherwise. I know I would never buy it but it's literally thrown in my lap through Gamepass so I'm actually excited to try it.
Regardless it's entertaining to see them going after each other instead of after the consumers.
Lmao I have a PS4 and Spiderman, I also happen to have an xbox. Sorry I don't worship a piece of plastic and keep my head up Sony's ass just because I own their console.

@fewDankMemes
Hmm what makes you say that? i don't see how this would be any different from current systems where you plug in your hard drive and it's good to go. The SSD is a separate component which would run the OS and any games specifically stores on the SSD. The only way it could be a problem is if games require an SSD to run, but they never confirmed this.
