You're missing the point. It does atmosphere right, it does graphics really right, it does shooting right, and it's getting acknowledged for that in just about every review.
But the question is about standards, you can't just aim for a low standard in gameplay variety and meet it and expect to get a perfect score, specially since it's a huge $60 blockbuster game going up against other blockbuster games.

I have not come across any hate towards Bloodborne, and it's prequels have all been critically acclaimed, so there's no reason for it to get bad reviews. The Order is a new IP and it has nothing to do with free thinking, if the game isn't good then you accept that.

I agree, I think this new gen is pretty critical on gameplay instead of graphics, which is a good thing. We saw many graphically amazing games get criticized like Ryse, Killzone shadow fall, Assassin's creed, and now Order. It means you can't just use flashy graphics only to impress gamers.
