However it seems Mr Houghton is forgetting something: these are only *15* of the *launch* titles. Is that really enough to discount the Kinect let alone Microsoft? Eh... perhaps, but it's almost like throwing out Wii because of Wii Sports.
Second, at this point, Kinect doesn't look like it's for hardcore gamers. The 15 launch titles is evidence of this, all very casual, perhaps family-oriented, games. That said, it's obviously not being marketed to us [hardcor...
Horde is just stupid good fun. Flipping sides sounds like a blast.
What's next? The Covenant firefight in Halo? Yes, please!
My head/stomach will hate me. Portal is one of the few games that actually made me sick. Not while I am playing, but when watching friends play.
There's a bundle for both the Move, Navigation controller, PS Eye, and Sports Champions for $100.
And another bundle for all of the above plus a PS3 for $400.00

But yeah, $50-$80 for another player? Gets a bit expensive...
I've destroyed Rock Band 2 this way.
When I just got the game and popped it in for the first time. Decided to move the box from its vertical position to horizontal as to not block our screen. Heard a terrible scraping sound the moment I turned the box. D'oh! I knew it would do that, why the hell did I move the box!
Needless to say, RB2 wouldn't load. Went in to Target and they had no problem exchanging them.
and really make space combat grittier than ever. I've been playing Halo since 2001 (hence, my username) and am starting to feel that these firefights are too... PG13?
I'd like to see even a little dismemberment, disfiguration, something that shows this person has been through a battle. As it stands, every Spartan looks like his armor just came off the assembly line. This would add so much to immersion for me, I just love attention to details.
"Whatever it wants" within the context of a horse dude. Only people here would need me to spell everything out.
1. When you call a horse, I eventually found out that you DON'T want to run toward it because it tends to pass you then keep itself just out of reach. Funny at first, for best results, run away from your horse and it will pull up right next to you. With the right timing, you can hit Y (or triangle) and you'll get a nice running mount.
*Attack with your weapon holstered.
Frustrating usually, but at times it's a bit funny that my horse does whatever it wants.
Anyhow, I cannot say that I've noticed these glitches in my game, except for the prominent pop-in (and even pop-out) glitch. My biggest issue with the game has got to be getting myself snagged on doodads or trying to run through doors. Magnify this frustration by 100 when playing gang matches online.
(edit) Also found a neat bug in Blackwater that I can reproduce...
with that "song." lol
Some of you guys are just nuts.
"HAY-LOOOOooooOOoooo!
When I'm alone in my room, and I'm sitting alone, and I'm alone in my room, and I'm all by myself, and then you come in, and I'm not so alone, let's play some halooooo giiiiiiiiiiiirl!" ~Halo song
Someone had to say it!
Relate with the ending the best. Astonishes me what people choose to disagree with (ex: an objective question).
This topic is about porting RDR to PC. I can't believe you two (Jimmy, Hay) actually bit on his red herring argument/comment about the cost of upgrading a PC. Not relevant.
The fact of the matter is, if Rockstar projects that the money put into porting RDR to PC will have significant enough returns, then they will do it. They did it for GTA, so PC gamers can hope.
I already have RDR for Xbox360, but will love to buy it on PC for my father.
For instance, IGN rates games relative to similar titles on the same platform and near the same release date. See their rating and reviews policy here: http://games.ign.com/rating...
Citing Metacritic scores across platforms is even worse and doesn't prove anything. It's a massive soup of ratings that originate from different websites with different rating systems, methods, and scales.
Beserk (Doom) - Zombie grunts and imps practically explode when you punch them. Unheard of!
Quad Damage (Quake 1,2,3) - Just picking it up sounded bad ass, firing your weapon is even more menacing.
Bubble shield (Halo 3) - Temporary yet instantaneous cover = win.
Nano Suit (Crysis) - Don't know if this really counts, but it's probably one of the single most awesome things to have in an FPS. The game itself could've been a lot bett...
There are clearer shots of big foot.
Cognac + Sunkist. Uh oh.
Worth it, to me, is additional in-game content. Plenty of people felt a MJOLNIR Mark VI helmet for the Halo 3 Legendary Edition was worth it.. I didn't, but I wouldn't mind having one of those on my shelf. Simply bad ass.
At the same time it served Microsoft well to release the Xbox360 well ahead of its competition. LOL
I think they might have been beaten to the punch this time. LOL
There are advantages/disadvantages either way, but Microsoft probably would have liked to have its motion control in the market first. LOL
.......LOL
