Lets face it, even with it being multiplatform, this isnt going to come close to COD or BF.

in that case they should have compared it with PS1.... or I dont know... the same game on the same machine at a lower res?

A few days ago I heard a report on BBC radio about the impact of GT on some of the gamers that have gone on to be pro racers.
I think that was the first time ever I actually heard a video game being taken half seriously on a major news channel, and not because of how it has offended a bunch of people, or is being banned for some reason, or because it was a fad that went viral and they think more people need to know about it.
PS3 era wasnt the best for GT but ...

On PS4 you dont have to rely on exclusives because we also have something called multiplatform games.
Anyway, we're only 2 years into the gen and PS4 is just getting started. Forgotten already what they said about the PS3 having no games?

That doesnt change the fact that both Ryse AND the order would look better at a higher resolution, so you prove nothing with that.
The debate here is about what is better, not what is good. It wouldnt actually even matter that the PS4 gets the better versions if MS priced their console according to its performance.
The number of people buying a similar priced machine and game and be happy with weaker performance, will always be in the minority.

I'm a Sony fan but those comments are just stupid.
EA also sign deals with PS and I'm actually liking them a lot more than other developers because they are the ones putting the most AAA games on PS+.
Dont forget that a few months ago we also got PVZ (PS4), mirrors edge (PS3) and most wanted (Vita) for free.
Considering the amount of EA content on PS+, I wouldnt get another subscription for EA access, but theres no point raging about ...

When a GT fan boasts about GT, they boast about the premium cars, the tracks, the physics, not the standard cars.
Then you see people like the guy above stating masses of empty land in FH should count as something of value.
Anyway, the fact that you brought up a PS3 game in a X1/PS4 debate is a compliment to Gran Turismo.
Forza may win many categories by quantity, buy DC will always have more class.
Car count matters when the cars look impressive, not polished last-gen grade.
Total area matters when it looks impressive, not when its empty.
The game is shit, you cant move at all while aiming so it ends up being a game about triggering enemy spawns, running as far as possible, then picking them off.
I'd take the best of both.
