I agree. Used to play BF3 and COD4 with controller. Just requires a different play style. Positioning and tactical awareness matter a lot more if you play with a controller pad.

Why it wont be 100% for decades to come:
1) Cant see everyone willing to shell out an extra 20% for a digital copy.
2) Cant see physical games being gone from retail by 2022.
3) Not everyone has fast internet and wants to wait hours for games to download.

They aren't necessarily. Usually its the original versions that go for cheaper because retailers bought more copies than they could sell and need to get rid of them. By the time the hits version comes out, retailers already know the demand for the game and wont make the same mistake with the hits version which means they wont have to sell them at a loss.

Because that would indirectly be telling the people that made the PSN policy how retarded their decision was, and that wouldn't go down too well. lol. PS3 had the highest number of high quality exclusives in any competitive generation, and they were not just sequels. It did way better than even the PS4 in that department.
TLOU, Uncharted, LBP, Motorstorm, Infamous, Ni no kuni, Resistance, Demon's Souls. All of those IP's started on PS3. Xbox 360 and Wii got slaughtered.
