"...now diversity."
What diversity? There's more diversity in resolutions across MS' games than there is in genre or story. Sorry Septic, but no matter how much you say a lie, it's not going to come true. There's enough stats and evidence to back that up.
There's enough diversity in story, gameplay and styling to make each one different.
People buy these games and push for Sony to make more because they enjoy them and others. Single player games really are and always will be the foundation of the industry.
You're honestly saying that about this game? Yet you haven't played it and you won't say one word at the fact that this game literally has more diverse and quantity in gameplay content shown in the last year compared to the last 3 years with Crackdown.
720p is a hard target for Xbox to even reach now. They barely skimmed by with it even in games as big as Metal Gear Solid.
4k gaming is a bonus, but it comes and comes again as a target that it gone for with side blinders on.
@Guilty
TCL? Do my research? Youll definitely get what you're paying for with it. Don't know why Samsung and Sony TVs even exist.
@chrisoadamson
I have a Samsung KS series 4k w/ HDR. The imput lag is noticeable when I play siege or games similar unless you set it to "Game Mode" on its picture settings. But it lowers resolution.
So...you're just gonna pretend like input lag isn't a factor on current 4k TVs?
I can tell you from experience that it's noticeable, whether it be a TV or monitor. It's great for single player games where you're not needing to be lightning quick in your reflexes as you need in multiplayer.
But I'm sure people will just pretend like it's nonexistent. And a 4k tv without HDR is a huge waste of money. That's where the leap is...
There wouldn't be delays. Just few quantity available at launch. Basically whatever they're able to churn out rather than hitting a specific mark if the FCC delays them further on pre-orders.
@sd11
"These are the people who would instantly recognise his work and would instantly pay attention."
It is the polar opposite of what's been done in the past. This thing could be on all platforms and would still do bad because of the grip in the market that overwatch has. There are too many similarities for people who are already comfortable with overwatch.
"The best place to play..."
The best place to play has been and currently is Sony in quality of third party games. Now it matters? You're on PC, so isn't an Xbox One X below you??
There really would be no point in buying an Xbox One X if you have a PC. There's no way to deny that with MS putting all its games on PC.
He said he wasn't interested and you took it to a whole other topic with trolling and bringing up PS4 exclusives.
Talk about insecure and pathetic trolling.
Twice? It's been 3 years and only twice??
"Just because you own a PC don't mean you will have the best version. "
Damn, you calling Moldy out on his PC setup? I'm sure he atleast set up a rig that can perform well. No need to downplay it @Bigpappy.
It's a yield problem (to make sure all products work the same while taking out defective ones) and it's the fact that they're competing with Apple for floor space & touch screen parts.
"For 5 months? Sorry, no. That's not a good answer. "
Not a good answer? It's the truth. Apple has been known to do this for years. They bid their way against other companies in these markets.
Isn't PC more powerful? You just posted that you have a PC, so why would you downgrade yourself?
Besides, this has "The Division" written all over it.
Sony has enough first party content to support themselves in a conference from start to finish.
ON TOP OF THAT they've pretty much dedicated PlayStation Experience in December as their stage for all things PlayStation+Indie. Their support has been constant, and it's clear that it isn't going anywhere. Just simply changing strategies.
"They're not going to abandon their Xbox live base without a viable means to retain those users and that revenue."
I never said that they would? My prediction is that it will develop into a premium online service similar to EA access. Having Xbox live, and signing in to other capable platforms, would give them the ability to reach a wider audience while maintaining Xbox Live's subscription plan.
If someone really wanted to find an untap...
You're right, there is no money in hardware. But Sony has twice the playerbase where profit can be made from.
MS has touted Xbox One X as the saving grace to its slow market uptake. Why else do you think they spent all of E3, this last year and the rest of this year talking about it? It's hype.
So if that hype fails to sell consoles, which leads to less profit from "services and exclusive software", it then leads to something similar t...
Exactly my point. EA has EA access as a service, and MS is slowly going that same route through small iterative changes.
Thank you for proving my point.
Wait...so Sea of Thieves was delayed again? MS has used it every year for the last 2-3 years as part of its 'amazing fall lineup".
So all that's coming out is crackdown this year?
