"- All mountains ridable in 360º degrees of slopes
- Team hoping to include 70 open mountains
- Mountains automatically generated by the game
- The above includes some from topographic data like Google Earth"
as a snowboarder, I AM SOLD
I'm not going to let snobbery get in the way of my fun, these details alone make it a sure buy for me.
Anything that's not a 5 hour linear turkeyshoot
Most people accidentally piss away 15 bucks a month, might as well piss it away on something besides iced coffee and tacos.
It looks awesome but I hope its not just waves of enemies and on-rail sections. I can't even play through those types of campaigns anymore, no matter how awesome the story or set pieces are.
I was like, "He does know where Germany is....right?"
apparently not?
I think I speak on behalf of GT5 players when I say that if you don't like Nurburgring: gtfo.
the problem is that they have sniper rifles that can shoot people from a mile away, but the recon grenades are made for close quarters
Sure, you can do some close range sniping or take the VSS but its a fundamental conflict of interest for the player's role in the game.
I don't get the gripes with the unlocks, BF has had them since before COD.
But yea the classes got weird
Step 1: Take C4 away from Recon
Step 2: Take motion sensor away from Recon
Step 3: Give the C4 and motion sensor to a class that focuses solely on stealthily c4ing things.
Oh hey sup Spec ops, here's your silenced SMG that for some reason the DUDE WITH THE ROCKET LAUNCHER(not stealthy...) was holding...
You get like 40 hours of non-stop gameplay, then you can open access to new cities' questlines for pretty cheap. Even if you don't end up playing past the F2P "wall"(although theres still stuff to do) you just got a huge amount of fun for free.
It makes miles more sense then stripping the game of all fun quests and selling outfits and crafting mats ...
only because years of daily WoW makes the players extremely closed minded to anything other than WoW.
And when they play a different game they NEVER SHUT UP ABOUT IT.
They said in PC Gamer that they would not be making balancing changes, because "it's a pve game". They don't care if things are overpowered, because they "are trying hard for it not to be an e-sport like Starcraft".
Is this a Trinidadian Indian accent? just curious. My ears could be lying to me.
Anywho, I enjoyed the video. Good production values.
Have you played dark alliance or champions of norrath?
it works.
Biggest draw of a console version would be no mods, but whatever.
Yea last years steam holiday sale was nuts, I also got it for five bucks.
I wonder if this is Torchlight "one" or if is related to Torchlight 2. Either way they should probably add some content since there won't be 100000000000 mods for it.
I'm a bit disappointed its not coming to ps3, though. I loved me some Dark Alliance/Champions of Norrath. It was all the fun of diablo games without the endless clicking. Oh well, I'm getting a new PC...
The structuring is fine. The paragraphs are well defined. It just comes off as kind of predictable. Don't be afraid to inject more personality into it.
This reads like you just copy and pasted bits from other reviews.
and this game is not .2 imaginary points better than BFBC2, no matter how imaginary the points are.
Clearly N4G means One Bubble. Noobs. If only someone blogged about that instead...
Well we are rapidly approaching the point where the new hardware created will be vastly ahead of what the average game company is able to effectively use. Not there yet, however. I give it a decade. Eventually gamers will expect not just open worlds, but open GALAXIES at the same level of detail. This would require more than just generative level design, the amount of artists, and budget, needed to fill that vast space would be way beyond anybody but the biggest company's development stud...
its this article again.
