You're like the guy who makes a nazi icon in BLOPS and calls it a peace symbol.
sadly more true than it should be
I've played battlefields on all consoles, 360, ps3, PC, and pc players are definitely more apt to work as a team than console people. I don't know how many times I've chased people in BC2 trying to get ammo from them, hitting select to yell "AMMO PLEASE" unloading clips to reveal their position, dropping grenades until they either rush in and die or finally realize they get points for giving me ammo ten minutes later.
“Man, we resolved that conflict decidedly! You guys just got vanquished.”
@3.
Probably somewhat worthless considering what happens to old consoles and computers when they die, and the general movement towards digital downloads but, hey, why not?
even better, don't waste your money on them at all. I see a fat cat exec squealing, "SUCKERRR" everytime someone buys a special edition
anywho, this game is going to rock. I plan on putting at least three months into it, and not buying any other game until then.
Fail at people not knowing what sarcasm IS.
This isn't sarcastic, it's just a rant.
Actually, Sarcastic Gamer hasn't actually been sarcastic in a while. But that happens to most sarcastic people, eventually they stop being witty and just end up angry.
Notice how the introduction of the third person mentions a third person game. I lol'd
Anybody can play a game without a manual now, because the games are easy and treat the player like they're stupid and don't know how to read a manual.
"yet I still found the most recent Uncharted 3 gameplay trailers terribly underwhelming; it just seemed like another action adventure game with some nice cinematic sequences."
Agree. It seems they are taking the opposite direction of what would make Uncharted better: more exploration and puzzles, less linear cinematic wankery. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. At least the multiplayer will be sick, if its even marginally improved from Uncharted 2. ...
"EA selling online pass keys or DLC that should have been in the game from the start"
really? We all know this isn't a true statement. It's there if you bought it new and your money actually went to the company that made the game. Then everything is free. Nice try with the "world's going to shit!" paranoia though, you were close.
If the game is great and gets regular updates, balances, and content then yes its worth the sub. The p...
why it started was a mystery. Even vista can be stripped down to xp level of cpu usage, anybody who actually looked realized you could disable everything people complained about. Windows 7 is essentially vista service pack 3, but changed to a new OS to dispatch the "OMG VISTA Sux" image. There is no reason to run XP.
Honestly, this wasn't exactly an "argument". It was one dudes experience written down. It wasn't nearly as hostile as the things your memory is conjuring up.
Play every wipeout game since 1996

done.
I did and it sounds expensive and pointless.
1. Don't say hella. :0 It sounds wicked retahded.
2. Don't prestige. Real prestige is having your 5 stars while everyone panics to fulfill their unlock addiction. COD points make playing the game after hitting max level fun, as you still get rewarded from matches unlike COD4 where people saw the "need" (there is none) to prestige. Unlock everything. Laugh at people complaining that you still have a G11 and all of your pro perks. Laugh at them for wasting hun...
so vietnam is like peperoni on ritz crackers?
that's deep.
This isn't the first battlefield game in vietnam. My guess is they had this planned for a looong time.
isn't it a fairly quick process to hit max level though? at least it becomes a level playing field quicker than most PVP servers on mmos where you have people with years of leveling above you.
MGS would be great without a story, look at the VR missions. I would totally love a full release of just disjointed challenge missions
Books and movies do story TELLING better. The best stories on videogames aren't told, they are made out of gameplay. but this does not fall into what is being discussed as story. If the gameplay is good enough, it IS the story. Story telling only exists because people aren't there to experience it themselves. So to use storytelling in ...
year of ounce-flipping and prostitution
Because you've played Two Worlds 2 right?
and no sequel has EVER fixed the problems of the first game?
Don't be so presumptuous, its bad for your health, and non-EA/Activision owned developers.
