Yep, and I don't need an Xbox to play the likes of Forza Horizon 3 and Gears of War 4. I can play these on my PC which eliminates my need for an S or Scorpio, seems like competition to me.

I totally agree as well, since MS are putting all their games on PC I can get them all on there, this 'Play Anywhere' has no appeal to me and I'd rather not pay silly prices because of this. But then again it could just be the absurd digital prices in the UK as per usual.
No, I don't need an Xbox to play it so it's not exclusive. Doesn't matter if all the cash goes to MS, it's first party and on Windows 10 so it does, but I can play it on my PC and I will because the game runs and plays great, and I'm not a massive racer fan normally.

Take this with a huge grain of salt, CEX are a largely pre owned electronic/game shop here in the UK, great for selling stuff to them but most of the stuff they sell themselves is always massively overpriced.
This could also be a placeholder or based on the fact that it's rare with the only one we have seen is from the leak, so if they get a hold of one they will make a tidy profit for whomever buys it.
