This is one of the few low scores that Metacritic has included in the average score. With all of the poor reviews showing up on N4G, it's clear that metacritic is cherry picking the more positive reviews. If this game didn't have kojima's name on it, none of the high scores on metacritic would exist.
"Death Stranding is dense, complex, and powerful, steadfast in its belief in the power of love and hope when faced with overwhelming adversity"
But it doesn't look fun, which is something a video game should be.
This review is pretty much what I was expecting from everything that was shown to date. This game is a pass.
Man, this brings back memories. I remember playing this on my friend's Sega Master System back in 88/89.
Respect to Mitsubishi!
"The game is made by kojima. that alone should be enough for you to gauge whether you're likely to enjoy the game or not."
Not a very smart way of going about it.
The only people who complain about camping, are the ones who run around like they're playing Halo or Doom. CoD is a military shooter, and while it isn't tactical like Rainbow Six or Ghost Recon, it should not be a total clown show with people doing 360 no-scopes and stupid crap like that. If you're into that kind of gameplay, then go play Black Ops 4.
I'm glad the game is coming to PC, giving gamers more choice, but the footage that I have seen so far, hasn't sold me on the game. It looks boring and dreary, but at the same time, it looks like it could have an interesting story. I wouldn't call it 'fake concern', but people genuinely don't really know what to think of this game.
I'll be in my 70s or 80s by the time the PS10 comes out. For that kind of wait, the games better be good.
Well, looks like it's not exclusive, as the rumors have suggested over the last year. Great for PC gamers!
PS+ or PS Now?
Spelling correction on last post *flipped*.

Here were I am in Canada, I have a 1200 GB data cap, but I have never come close to hitting it. I agree that the bandwidth issue can apply to all streaming services, but in regards to downloading games, I've been downloading games as my main way of playing, since 2010/2011, and I have never come anywhere near close to maxing out my data cap, even when it was 300 GB back around 2010. I can't really ...
No, but it will achieve it on low settings. You have to factor in the cost of the RTX 2080TI, and with the next gen Xox and PlayStation, they're going to be powerful, yet affordable. It's almost a guarantee that they will be using either the RX 5700 or RX 5700XT, which are both great GPUs, which can do 4K gaming, but they're also cheap, which makes them the perfect choice for next gen consoles, otherwise, you'll be paying $800.00 or more for a next gen console, and that just w...
This is a perfect example which shows why Xbox Scarlett and PS5 will only reach 4K/60 with low PC settings. The RTX 2080TI has 13.5 Tflops of raw processing power with 11GB of VRAM and 4352 Cuda Cores, and next gen console GPUs will have nowhere near those kinds of specs.
The main problem is that it is mainly a streaming service. A 20 year old dude that I work with was telling me that he was using PS Now on a regular basis when he signed up, and after a month of streaming games, his dad fluipped out him, because he blew past their bandwidth cap and it cost his dad a fortune. Needless to say, he cancelled his subscription.
Would be pretty cool if that were to be the case.
I have seen many ads on YouTube for Stadia. So much so, in fact, that it has actually become quite annoying.
PS4 hype, built on PS5 games...priceless!
