Making sure that the Japanese buy more Xbox consoles, I'm sure, was part of Trump's new trade agreement that was just signed with Japan. America first!

32GB is recommended, not the minimum requirement. I've finally started playing through Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and while monitoring everything with MSI Afterburner, I've been using just a hair under 12GB of DDR3 memory, so as we go into the future with newer games, I'm sure we'll see 16GB become a minimum spec in many new games, and possibly even higher, in a relatively short period of time.
Seems more like a pay wall, rather than a direct path.
These global corporations care more about profits than human rights, and will bow down to the Communist Chinese regime to keep the money coming. This is absolutely sickening. This is happening at a time when they also lecture gamers about being 'inclusive' and how they support 'womes rights' and 'diversity' being our strength. Yet, the CCP doesn't belive in inclusivity, diversity or human rights..... blizzard should be boycotted by any freedom loving westerner, no ...
I personally like getting the "head's up" from people who have already played the game. It saves me from paying $80.00 CDN (base version) to beta test a game, and it also lets me know whether a game lives up to what it has been known for, in maintaining its identity of the series.
It is actually a pretty nice controller. Too bad I haven't been into Star Wars for the last 10 years, otherwise I would pick one up.
That is correct. Many people do not listen to the twitter mobs and safe spacers.
Pretty cool!
This game is impressive, and I would consider getting one of those brackets that you can use with an Xbox One/PS4 controller. If they come out with powerful phones that have a 'video out' jack, then this is probably the future we're looking at. It will be interesting to see where things sit after next generation.
Yeah...no.... It shouldn't be like Future Soldier, which had a Call of Duty like campaign with locations all over the world, and had no resemblance to a real Ghost Recon game. It needs to go back to the types of games in the GRAW series or like the original Ghost Recon and Island Thunder games. Breakpoint was made for the Future Soldier crowd.
The theme song for this game should be Vince McMahon's walk-out theme music on WWE..... money money money money money money money money money, dolla dolla, dolla dolla…. bling bling, ching ching, dolla dolla!
Says a lot about what he thought about the pricing scheme before this move was made.
I would assume, that with less of an online infrastructure, there is less micro-transaction activity, so maybe Nintendo being behind the times is a good thing. They provide a completely different experience to every other platform holder out there.
Gamepass and other similar services are going to canibalize the gaming industry. It reduces the value of games, and many people I know don't want to pay monthly subscriptions for everything they consume. Indie developers really are the future.
Anything made by triple A devs seems to be going down the tubes, with monetization being the main goal. Gaming was never entirely about constant cashflow and pleasing sharholders. I'm glad I was alive to experience gaming in t...
Exactly, all major releases should be available on all store fronts. People will choose the platform they prefer, based on features and community. Exclusivity is a nasty thing these days.
I was planning on skipping the game anyway. Honestly, i'd rather support indie developers, who make games like Hell Let Loose and Squad anyway, and these games are less than half the price. Also, I haven't played BF3 for over 5 years, and it's still up and going strong on PC, so that is a better option IMO.
Or at the very least, it is worthwhile to wait a year or so, and get the ultimate edition for half price. I can't bring myself to pay full price for a game anymore, especially since Ubisoft in particular, has no interest in maintaining their traditionally popular game series. Everything is always changing for the worst it seams. If I wanted to play this game, I would have just bought The Division, which I would never do, because I can't stand that game series.
Now people will be able to play the game on something more than 'low' settings and at 4k/60+.
I'll be buying a graphics card upgrade instead. Most consoles are disappointing at launch anyway. Not to mention, when you look back at the PS4's first 2 years, there were litterally no good games. It was only after Bloodborne released, that they started to bring their real product to market.
