The vita connects to your ps4 directly and could be used in addition to a controller, so that should be a standard feature in project q

Sony acquired Psygnosis before PlayStation even existed, and many of their games remained multiplatform after the launch of PlayStation in 1995
That’s a good point and probably a primary reason for a new device. Still it’s hard to see the necessity to purchase another device. During the ps4 they started advertising the vita as a remote play device, now moving to tablets, phones, laptops. I don’t see how this new device ‘fits’ into what’s already available, but who knows 🤷♂️
dark, you can speak with your wallet for whatever concerns you have. It’s great this was announced for all platforms. It’s hard to argue against that. You can still play the originals if you’d like, but if not you can also play the newest versions on the platform of your choice

Guess this is why Vita hasn’t received PS5 remote play, as this is what PS is selling now with a larger screen and dualsense palm handles.
I’m sure people will buy it, but is it really that hard to have remote play enabled between PSV/PS5 for the consumer?

Didn’t that come with catch that the games available on those stream services would be using that storefront rent free? Something about Microsoft being the sole receiver of micro transactions for those 10 year deals? Something about too much control in that growing cloud space?

I would love to see them develop another mainline LBP again. They haven’t since LBP2. Comparative games of that style/budget from PS the past decade have been contracted to other developers
