The reason why I think it's the developer's fault is because if the developers knew that the access rates for the older models were slower, then they should have optimized the game to run on those models. That's the job of the developer, to develop the game for the platform. You can't make a game that doesn't work well on the console and then blame the console. Your job is to develop for the console and you fucked up. It's YOUR fault.

If Bungie wanted they could have radically changed Halo with each iteration. While there are many minor changes, the core of Halo has always been about the 30 seconds of fun.

I agree. I use Xfire for BF2, and it sounds as though my friends are right next to me.
I've had problems with XBL headsets. My friend's voices keep cutting out or there's a lot of white noise sometimes.
Overall it works just fine, but there are those problems that can be fixed.
Because you don't have a choice with the PS3 exclusive. You can only get it on the PS3. But with multiplats, the critics look to see which version looks better because multi-console owners who are going to be paying 65 bucks either way may want to know which version is better to get if they don't have any other conditions.
