Yeah this is great for Sony, but the gamer in me wants Xbox & Wii U to keep up the fight....because we all win competitively :)

TBH even though I'm more for PS, I feel the Xbox One's launch line up was slightly better than PS4's. PS4 has the better games line up (IMO) for the near future, but based on launch titles, Xbox One looked more attractive to me.
Xbox One is like meeting a hot party girl you really want to have fun with, but wouldn't want to marry, as opposed to PS4 which is attractive, longterm and trust worthy. Lol sorry for that Hideo Kojima styled analogy ;/

Dirt 4 !!! Is there room for all these racing games? Racers are the new FPS this gen. It's such an exciting time to be a gamer. E3 2014 is going to be 'BIG' ;)

MS has positioned the Xbox One as the all-in-one media box, but Sony actually is 'All Media' and this is where Sony is unstoppable. This awesome video shows how Sony is merging all divisions for the good of gaming/music/movies and social. Sony's other divisions used to be totally separate from the PS business.
Media coverage is ramping up, a good sign the game will release soon. Driveclub looks incredible and I can't wait to test drive this baby. Probably my 1...
If you put graphics aside, GT6 is better, so is Forza 3 & 4. Forza 5 looks like a great demonstration for a new console. Turn 10/MS decided to release half a game, so that they can charge you for the other half via DLC/Microtransactions.

SEMANTICS >Driving sim/racing..all the same to me. The objective is to come 1st or win. Therefore it's racing IMO. Sub-Genre it all you like..you race in all these games.

Lol at the use of the word 'inspired'. Since the excellent MW game, and with mild exception to MW2, most of the COD games have shared too many similarities. The BF series has become lame and far removed from it's PC roots. The Streetfighter/Resident Evil series has become lazy or cheap cash-ins.

Okay, it's not the kind of game I was expecting after the chills, thrills & spills of DS1&2.
But as a straight up action game Dead Space 3 is actually a cool game. It's not scary at all, so think space action/adventure with plenty of red paint and you'll enjoy it.
The game plays well & the graphics look awesome for last gen :)
I don't care how much ppl don't like Aliens CM. At a paltry £5.98 @PSN right now! It's worth playing, if only for the lore ;/
