Just for reference: Millennials include adults in their early 40s.
Console exclusivity sucks, but it does lead to console sales. Between my PS5 and SeriesX, the PS5 has way more play time on it. About the only two games I've played on the SeriesX has been Forza 5 and Halo Infinite.
My Steam Deck and PS5 are excited for FSR 2.1
"failed to hit its targets around Game Pass subscription growth."
I hate this metric we apply to everything these days. If something isn't growing or didn't grow as much as we thought it would then it is chalked up as basically failing.
What is a second party game?
"I’m boycotting Bayonetta 3 in the sense that I still haven’t completed the first two Bayonettas and have to accept the painful truth that not everything that’s good is for me."
-- I should have stopped reading there. Why did I keep reading this?
"Do I think actors in games deserve residuals? Why, yes I do. I think a lot of people in games deserve residuals. I think a lot of people who work on video games deserve residuals."
...
I played through v1.6 between PC and PS5 using cross-save progression and I thought it was a lot of fun. I bought it when it first came out and was put off by all the bugs I encountered. On my v1.6 play through the only bug I came across was a random NPC hovering slightly above the ground and calling my bike still causes it to drive pass where I'm standing and flip over sometimes.
30fps games suck. Never mind that it can't even doing that.
@Hwhite - if they didn't want Hellena, why did they offer her anything? They were not obligated to.
Gosh these comparisons makes me seriously worried that PSVR2 will be priced >$1000
I didn't play that OW1, but I remember thinking it was pretty cool when I got an epic skin for Moira from a loot box the first or second week of playing. She was a character that I played often so I thought that was pretty neat.
Pre-orders already closed, lol. What was the price, I couldn't find it anywhere?
I played competitive MP all weekend. I mean, I love Splatoon and will no doubt put in 100s of hours into Splat 3, but I was disappointed in how dull all the new stages were that I saw. The most interesting stages that I saw were Sturgeon Shipyard and Wahoo World which are both from Splatoon 2. I haven't seen all the stages yet, so I'm hopeful something will wow me more. Also disappointed that we didn't get a new MP mode. All the polish is nice, though!
It was stupid to make it a limited release to begin with. No matter, it is pretty easy to find used copies for people who missed it and want the collection. It is a fine collection, especially having Mario Galaxy which is a pain to emulate because of the controls.
Duck off with this click bate nonsense.
Not sure I'm particularly interested in this game, but I want to see more games target 6-10 hours of gameplay. Honestly, most games do not have fun enough game mechanics to justify any more of my time than that.
So they want to design their games with a lack of accessibility options for the disabled and no way to customize controls. Cool.
Seriously, Japanese suck when it comes to accessibility options like they don't give a fuck about disabled people in their society.
"I know we all enjoy a good rhyme, but "boomer shooter" misinterprets history and creates confusion about who actually played these games."
It has nothing to do with the age of the players playing these games and more to do with how the primary weapons worked. They went "boom" and made you feel powerful while strafing around killing things.
No. These games were not played in arcades.
Woah! Sonic Frontiers is $35...didn't that game JUST come out?
