I play Gears of War A LOT and one of it's strongest points is AI. They guys running into line of fire are trying to rush you. Believe me, they also suceed a lot. If it was on a more difficult level, the video would have deffinetly convey a different message.

The RROD is bad, real bad, BUT the people are still buying the Xbox360 like crazy. This could mean one of the following:
1. People are getting the RROD but their experience on the Xbox360 is so good that they keep on getting their console fixed.
2. The RROD problem is blown totaly out of proportion and it is not nearly as bad as people on this site are saying it is.

3. I was talking about Medal of Honour marketing as people who care about veterans when in actual fact nothing in the gameplay is about veterans.

Wow dude! I think you misunderstood me. I wasn't talking about Halo (which have nothing to do with veterans). In the article Jaffe says that MOH includes footage of veterans on the disk with the games and the gameplay actually doesn't include anything about the veterans.

the 360 where doing pretty descent in Japan a while ago, it was just a couple of thousand below the PS3. I can't help to think that when the RROD picked up steam, the sales in Japan started to go very sour.
But I still don't understand how the sales numbers in Japan influences us as gamers. It's just like the Hi-Def war, if blu-ray wins, I will still be playing nice games on my Xbox, if HD-DVD wins, I would also still be playing nice games on my Xbox. The same with PS3 gamers.

It's not just the controls. Negative stuff I've read includes frame rate drops and boring missions. Also you can't say the PS3's motion sensing is on the same level as the Wii's, the Wii is a bit more advanced in that department.
The fact of the matter is that most people believed this is going to be a AAA title. Now that it isn't, people are protesting feriously and saying anything to make the situation better. I think PS3 fans will be better off just accepting it and looking ...
I agree with you, 60fps is great. I'd rather have a game with less resolution with a high framerate than the other way around. Some time ago there was an article about HD games not looking as good as a DVD movie that's runing at low def. I'd rather see a 420p game with EXCELLENT special effects graphical enhancements than a 720p game with less enhancements to make up for the frame rate.
The PS3 is superior when it comes to number crunching but AI isn't about number crunching, it's about complex branching IF-statements and I have also read somwhere that the PS3 have difficulty predicting decision branches or something like that. I am a programmer but not a games programmer so this is not based on personal experience but articles I have read.
