The don’t need to continue to support old operating systems, Windows 7 should be next. Windows 8 was better, and Windows 10 even more so. Dropping support for outdated products is nothing new and should be expected.

Oh, and bye Steam! Always fun to see a monopoly fall from grace

Well the good news is Sony has strong first party games, they’ll need it as they loose 3rd party support as companies find they can’t offer the experiences and features they want on the PlayStation platform.

They just made the same mistake Bungie did with Halo 2. No one wants to play an auxiliary character, we want to play as Master Chief through the campaign, the series is his story. Multiplayer is fantastic, and on the XBOX it is one of the best looking games of the generation, it really is beautiful.

And I own and have played all those Sony exclusives, they aren't any better looking. You're fanboying out to say that PS4 exclusives are in this whole other realm of graphical fidelity, it isn't remotely true.

Guarantee if you look for these games you can buy them. You may not like the cost, but that doesn't mean you get to now go out and steal that software.

The low resolution of the base XBO didn’t do games justice. Now with XBOX enhancements you can put games like Halo 5, Quantum Break and GoW 4 up against anything Sony has to offer and they stand strong.

Hell, if they patched up Ryse it would easily still be one of the best looking games of the generation.

They decided to inject SJW politics and attacked the fan base when they received backlash. They need to learn their lesson and unfortunately the only way that will happen is a financial flop, and I hope the Battlefield community does as well of a job delivering that to them as the Star Wars community did with Solo, regardless of the quality of the final product.

That could be. There was a Major Nelson post a while back in which he stated if you want games to be BC you need to contact and ask the publisher. Unfortunately I can't find any contact information for Microsoft Studios in able to request NG2. First NG is BC so I'm not sure what the problem is, then again maybe it is coming.

I don't really care now but a portable version of Diablo II would have been a dream come true to 16 year old me.

Mine took some drunken battle damage so I’m ready to retire it and upgrade to v2

Hopefully Sony is heavily in first party, it’s not gonna be pretty when they are left out of multi platform multiplayer games because of anti consumer practices.

That’s fine, don’t let the door hit you on the way out, new gamers are created daily.

Yeah, turn every game into an over the shoulder view action game, real creative.

A wise EA employee once told me, "either accept it or don’t buy the game. I’m fine with either or" and saved me $60. You can route my invite to my spam folder.

and now Ninja Theory is will only be limited by it's creativity

No looks like a pretty standard game. The highest quality game of this generation, but it's not redefining anything. It just shows you the level of quality game can achieve when budget and time aren't things you have to worry about.

New games are always welcome but still waiting, for reasons unknown, on the Microsoft published Ninja Gaiden 2.

If the game was latency free and the cost of songs wasn't far too high it would actually be an incredible learning tool. As it stands you're better off with an amplifier, youtube, and some tabs.

Let's be honest here, ROMs are at very least unethical and a blatant copyright infringement. I see nothing wrong here. Anyone messing with this stuff should have the attitude that it was fun while it lasted, they aren't on any kind of moral high ground here, they were always in the wrong.

If you wanna worry about erasing history you should look to rising antisemitism in Europe and the removal of confederate artifacts in the south.

Another problem that won't exist in the digital future.
