The fact a lot of these fanboys won’t legitimately criticize the PS4 for its shortcomings is why they system hasn’t improved much since its release. It’s sad. The Xbox community has given tons of criticism and feedback and that is why the system is much improved from the original vision and keeps getting better. I myself own 4 Xbox Ones and 2 PS4’s yet these dweebs can’t do anything but tell me the PS4 is perfect and I don’t actually own one, let alone two.
They royally screwed up SOCOM which I'll always be bitter over since it was by far Sony's best franchise and I'll never get another one.
So let me get this straight, the Sony fanboys checklist for what they want for the PS5 is:
No crossplay
$80 Single player exclusives
No 4K blu-ray player
Checkerboard upscaling instead of 4K
Lol, I’m sure I’ve forgotten something, but if they get their way I’m not so sure a PS5 will be in my future. I hope they just listen to normal gamers instead.
Laying the groundwork for $80 PS5 games it seems. You heard it here first.
Just charge whatever you want/need for your game. You’ll know quickly if there is a market for it.
Gonna have to look up Unturned, 27 million is a huge player count for a game I’ve never even heard of.
This game was phenomenal, really launched Xbox Live into the best online service which pays off even today. I wish the new games didn’t drop multiplayer aspect because Wolfenstein had better WWII multiplayer than Call of Duty and no doubt it would be better than Battlefield W as well.
Did they learn it’s a reskin of Origins? Or is that still on the down low?
Skyrim rocks.
Ah, so the base game will suffer from a lack of content then? I’ll be passing on this title.
I would like to see RE1 in the style of the upcoming RE2 remake. I tried buying the RE1 remaster that came out a few years ago but just couldn’t get into it, felt too dated.
Do they need to be? I’m pretty sure there is a whole nother industry that covers this stuff...
Open world sandbox is ARMA man. If you want to make the best in that category you’ll have to face off with that game. I know they play nothing alike, but the modding and mission tools available in ARMA make for the ultimate sandbox game.
Make the best game you can but you won’t beat ARMA. You’ll have to give players powerful mission making tools if you want to get anywhere in the ballpark.
Lol Wii has the best attach rate? The console that had half the people who bought it only play Wii sports that came with the console? You sir are certainly mistaken, it was the 360.
If you make a good game it caters to everyone. If I play a game and it screams “Hey trannies this game is for you!” or anything of the like I’m not going to spend money on it.
By actively catering to a group you’re going to alienate the others, so knock off all the identity politics bullshit and make a good game, I promise more people will like it.
Idiocy.
“People Play A Few High Value Games per Month”
That’s because they have a subscription that lets them do that. Take out the subscription and they probably don’t play more than one high value per month. I think last generation the attach rate for x360 which had the best rate was like 12 games. That’s for the entire generation. One high value game a month would equal that attach rate for a year. Subscription models are extremely valuable and welcom...
Lol if you want to start charging more for single player games go ahead, I’ll stick to my content filled multiplayer.
Taking games that already offer the highest price per hour of gameplay and making them more expensive seems ass backwards but it won’t affect me much so whatever.
The smarter plan is make the games shorter, because most people don’t even finish single player modes anyways, then you can stay at the same price point. Just make your games ha...
