Considering lead researchers in Artificial Inteligence still haven't managed to create Artificial Intelligence anywhere close to human level. Yes, they did manage to create AI that defeated the worlds best chess player, but that wasn't because it was human level, but instead because it looked a million moves ahead before making a decision.

Motorstorm 3 and Resistance 3 both seem to have the strongest arguments behind it. Guessing Syphon Filter will be for GDC or E3.
I've listed possibilities, and ordered them from likely to unlikely, we'll see on thursday if I'm right, but I think Syphon Filter has the biggest chance. Not sure if they'd consider Killzone 3 a surprise, but if they wanna release it this year, and no 'official' statement has been made, I'd say it's pretty likely:

The press are acting like little children about a difference that you can barely see, let alone will pay attention to when playing.
Was part of the closed beta of this game a couple of months back.. It was horrible, and that has no doubt remained the same. The game just sucked on all fronts, I was willing to help them but really, the only advice I could've given them would've been to throw the entire game right into the trashcan.
Looks absolutely useless.
Please, stop fooling yourself. The screens of the TVs Sony sells are made by Samsung. They're the same, with sometimes Samsung and sometimes Sony being better. Just happens that Sony tends to put them away for a higher price with more features into it then Samsung.
(Just in case you want to know, I don't own a Sony TV, I own a Samsung.)

Sorry Ricdog, but saying that the Cell Processor is not as good as PC Processors is just utter bullshit. Firstly the architecture is completely different, meaning that with the Cell Processor it's possible to calculate graphics, and a normal PC Processor doesn't have that ability. Nothing unusual, the console is just as fast with some slight differences in OS Setup which will sometimes be for the better and sometimes be for the worse with games and movies, but nothing that's really noticable when you're not holding them next to each other.

Mass Effect, Definitely one of the best games this gen. Bioshock however bored the hell out of me :/ The story was boring, the gameplay felt slow.. Overal the only good thing about it was the atmosphere
