One: Xbox 360 vs PS3 is hardly part of any research, so I'd like to see this current research.
Two: Dominating? Overstating much? They've pretty much evened out for as far as I can see.
Three: Ps3 developers going Multiplatform for sales? Then why did Bungie go multiplatform I wonder, considering they sold millions on Xbox alone. (and to add to that, they're not even Ps3 developers)

Xbox gets insomniac and ps3 gets bungie, now that pretty much the...

Pre-Owned is a problem mainly due to businesses such as GameStop and GameStation, in which they sell pre-owned games next to new games at a lower price. If it was just for e-bay, publishers wouldn't care. It's these retailers that make the problem, and since they refuse to give a share of the earned money to the publishers, then they are effectively damaging the publishers sales. This gives the publisher one area to step into, and that is making sure that the game can only be played b...

When you send data, it is sent searching for a specific MAC address. The MAC address, or a key similar to it which is unique to every computer in the world (these days the MAC address may not be the best one anymore due to firmware upgrades being able to change it) could be used for reading and writing the data.

It says "Blur" on the car's license plate. Hard to spot in the photo, but probably really easy when you actually see it in rl.

Wanna see you play those games without a controller/buttons ;)

Natal's gonna work for games that are made for it. This excludes:
Shooters
Adventure Games
Sports Games
Pretty much any game that includes moving forward, and any game that requires you to shoot.

Seems a bit of a stretch when compared to ps2, ps1, NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube and Xbox doesn't it?

announcing it this year doesn't mean they're releasing it this year. Ps3 hasn't exactly been a success story. Microsoft released first, so they sold more. If Sony does the same for Ps4, they will have the bigger market share and will retain the bigger market share.

Ps. Be careful when saying that someone has no brain, especially when you don't know them, because everyone will know you're talking out of your ass ;) Just a friendly note.

If you look closely, you'll see that I compare their pricetag to the consumer view of their value, and spot something very familiar

I think you're reading into it too much. James Cameron's movie Avatar has probably had some effect on the creative direction of the game. The guy wasn't involved.

I'm expecting them to be unveiled at either this E3 or the next.

It reminds me of Sony's 599 dollars. Can't wait for E3 and the youtube videos following ^^

You'll get it for about .. 140 GBP, great buy! No fucking hell I'd spend that much on a controller without a controller.

Really enjoyed it. Perhaps not a masterpiece, but a great popcorn movie, joining the ranks of movies such as Transformers. What it lacked in plot, it made up for in action and enjoyment. Don't think I was bored at even one point in the movie.

That was a terribly written and incredibly mis-informed article.. How this this even get accepted?

Note how the author said "Removal of featureS", clearly referring to the single feature that was removed, and the argument given about the exclusion of dualshock for controllers (putting the blame on motion control instead of the lost lawsuit regarding dualshock).

Remind me to put this site on my ignore list.

Say, they announce the Playstation 4 on E3? That'd definitely give a good reason for showing these games before E3.
They've announced a new console every 5 years, and since the announcement of Ps3 was at E3.. 2005, this would be right around the time to show it. Getting the big ones for ps3 out of the way now would make sense.

I kind of agree with this strategy. I've taken the developers side for quite some time now when it comes to the battle against used game sales. I mean, they work years to develop a game for your enjoyment, and then used game sales are destroying their incomes. I don't think that's fair in any way, and for that I support this idea of having people who play second-hand games pay for online. It's only 10 bucks, it supports the developer, which means it supports us.

Gameplay looks good, Graphics dated.. They've been using the same engine for too long now, without any significant upgrades..

Don't stress yourself too much, PS Move does exactly the same. It can only predict more accurately due to the coloured balls.

The difference between the PS Move and Natal is, Natal does not know how big the player is and does not have an actual control point, which means that it's going to take some time for it to "get used" to you.

PS Move already has the correct prior probabilities due to the ball size always being the same. It can mea...

How is this even worthy of a news article? Every home-use camera device "guesses" where you're moving in terms of "motion capture". It's just like voice-recognition, in which the software tries to "guess" what you just said. it's all using bayesian learning and markov chains to get a realistic model of what's going to happen, predicting the next moves based on experience. This is nothing new, it's the same AI we've been using for the past ...

You're missing the point, Sony can put anything in these Terms and Conditions, these are part of the contract you get the moment you purchase the product, and as long as they get you to accept them, they are legally allowed to do EVERYTHING in those terms and conditions, because you AGREED to them. If you didn't agree with the term that features may be removed at will, then you shouldn't have agreed with the terms and conditions in the first place when you created a PSN account.
