Yes it can. Remember, the hardware in the current consoles are basically gaming laptop hardware. They deliver great performance at low power draw/slim form factor. So, they can definitely slim it down more. The main difference is that laptops have external power bricks. Another worry for money cost is a new bluray drive that is slimmer that delivers the same speed.
When they are also wanting to integrate Nintendo online with your smart phone apps, then it makes even less sense to not include smart TV-type apps for their console. Youtube and Netflix are definitely a must. Hopefully, with the smart phone integration that they plan, we can control the home screen with our smart phone when we are on the couch.

Samsung is definitely great and at basically every store. For my camera I typically see PNY with the better performance and class while being cheaper. That's my best recommendation.

I understand that it is a hub to keep the TV and charging functionality. But, it is not a dock. A dock is a formed object to hold another object by attaching it. The same method of plugging in a cable and resting the Switch onto this block is equivalent to your laptop placed on a desk. Is a desk a dock? Nope. I'm not saying this isn't a good product. It's just not a dock.
it's not actually a dock. Basically, just a Nintendo themed block that has a charging cable come out to plug into your Switch. The block looks nice. But, it's not elegant at all having the cable poking out and the messiness it kind of presents in simply stacking things on top of each other. Could have just made one like the Wii U gamepad dock with a charger built-in to cash in on the scratching issue with the normal dock and having a better practicality.

I think that Sony should wait until portable hardware can provide near PS4 levels, and basically create a PS4 Portable, with a name to settle it as a new platform.

Cel-shading can provide an *acceptable* level of shading and art direction at a less demanding setting than an attempt to be realistic. However, past the basic level it becomes just as demanding as the normal use of shading. Zelda: BotW doesn't use a basic level of cel-shading. It uses a very detailed level.

It DOES, however, because they scale the graphics down from PS4 and XBox One already, it quite easily relinquishes the need for those 2GB's. It's not THAT bad. Zelda speaks for itself. 3GB's worked great for the open world and vast view distance in this game and it's a launch title.
Because of the perfect ability for the Switch to have 4 player local co-op, Diablo or a similar type game would be fantastic on it as well. I would like a newer game of this genre though. The remakes/ports that I really want are Oblivion, Soul Calibur, Gauntlet: Dark Legacy, and Pikmin.
