While most of these games are great to amazing, most are not actual RPGs. Faux RPGs if anything. Turn Based Adventure Games for a more apt description, with Diablo, Brave Fence Musashi and Star Ocean as Action Adventure games.
Again, all great games without a doubt.
Please, keep the original art style and feel at least. Do not dilute these classics and turned them into clones of their sub-par sequels.
Also, how about some Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army and Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon love? And a sequel wouldn't hurt either. Something along the lines of Code Vein or even Scarlet Nexus would be cool. Just, you know, keep the original art style and feel.

I think from a historical perspective I would change Spyro for Grand Turismo. It's the franchise that made the PS1 look like an absolute unit. Other than that, I can't argue with the rest when it comes to games that defined the PS1.
And to be honest, there should be space for Tekken 3, Wipepout and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater in order to round out the PS1 identity as the machine to own at the time.

The Hordes were great. Sadly, once you realize that the Zombies in a Horde have like 1HP, they kinda lose their appeal and scare factor since you can just take them out from afar fairly easy.
But using the Sawmill horde to take down one of the Bounties in one of the Missions was highly satisfying for sure.
Meh! The Video Game. Amazing Graphics, Amazing Motorcycle Physics, a pretty noble, and to some extent, great execution of the Zombie Horde, all wrapped up in absolute mediocrity. Mediocre missions, mediocre characters, mediocre dialogue, mediocre exploration, and mediocre Zombie Hordes that somehow died faster than the normal zombies.

The mode you're referring to is called 'Training' which starts with a 'Demonstration Movie' of what each of the moves look like and how their supposed to be done by showing you way too fast prompts on a small 3D Controller. Then you proceed to try to emulate each move in a Garage with a List of Tricks that you have to finish in a certain amount of time.

This has been the weirdest resurgence of an IP I've ever seen. Especially an obscure title like Slave Zero. First a cool Mecha action game with ton of potential that came out like 25 years ago.
