It works for indie games, small and affordable games can work out with this, no more than that, you'll never see a dev getting millions to fund a big AAA game (AAA = big budget game, nothing to do with quality) of the same caliber as Halo/Uncharted/COD/Gears/GT/GO W/AC/...
The current "network" run by Nintendo is crap compared to the competition, I know you like Nintendo and all, but you can't deny that, Live runs cycles over what N has right now, Sony as well and it's even improved for the Vita, of course not many people knows that, well, because it's not selling, but the point is, PSN that couldn't match Live, is better than anything Nintendo has at the moment, we'll talk about this for real when the Wii-U launchs, but right now ...

it doesn't have the online structure and community to even be remotely compared :P N played right with the wii and wii-mote, this gen exploded with online gaming, MS got it, even Sony got it, Nintendo, we don't know yet :D

What everyone thinks MS will put a tablet-like-I-pad-controller in the next xbox? what's the add-on that is selling like crazy right now? it's a tablet for consoles?, no! it's kinect, so it's pretty much obvious that kinext2 will be delivered with every Xbox3 console!
More sales would be good but revenue and profit will go down thanks to the price-cuts, this gen is over, no one can change that, more profit at the cost of lower sales, or more sales at the cost less revenue doesn't look good for the industry

Budget has nothing to do with scores, AAA games are the more expensive games, but that doesn't mean they're great, Homefront was AAA and has a Metascore of 7.0/10
S*** just go real! IF AAA games have millions in budget, I can't even think what this Game will cost, good to know they're persuing bid budget games rather than s*** casual titles :D

Nah, it really isn't, those who didn't care in first place, will not change their mind that much because of a price cut, also bargain prices are applied to all kind of games, so chances are less and less...
That's the bad thing about games that do average to bad, people who bought games day one/week one/first month would move on when there isn't a big community to play said games and those who pick the games from the bin would see n...
It's easier when games are cheaper, duh, console manufacturers can't pull out a Steam without making all retailers mad @ them, start banning the HW and by that kill all possible sales of SW
