I don't think you'll be running a dedicated server so that's seriously overkill, and PhysX is a useless gimmick, you'd be better off with a 4870x2, or a 5seriesx2 when that rolls around.

If it just says Games For Windows, then you don't get achievements or anything else. You'll get achievements for the PC version of GTA IV.

I mean't the only graphical appeal is in the textures, because it looks so bland at times, and yeah I played through the whole thing with my friend on coop in HD, wasn't too impressed with the graphics, launch title or not.

Halo 3 actually has some graphical style, and some awesome HDR effects, never mind the resolution consoles struggle to do 720p these days.
Playing Resistance coop me and my friend kept hoping there would be some set pieces in it, but the repetative AI made that very hard.
Halo has some of the best AI in the FPS industry, simply said you won't have this much fun in any other game. Call Halo over hyped all you want, if it weren't for it there would be no decent shooter...

I'm playing on Veteran, the game's combat is pretty damn realistic so you aren't going to be hitting enemies with every shot. Over populated? I don't see a problem with that.

A game constantly get's looekd at more and more as the it approches it's release date, I'd hardly think anyone gives a dung about Killzone 2 right now when it's out next year, and there's loads of videos of the map editor in action and whatnot.
PC games while smaller in GB are usually larger in content, ironically.
