It's pretty amusing watching those heads on the chains bob about! :P
Very impressive cloth effects and whatnot, maybe we'll see more at e3.
Why you fuss all over Bioshock, sure it's a great game but one you'll likely only playthrough once, maybe twice if you want to get your trophies.
Rent it, save your money for something that you can play over again.
Love how everyone jumped on the disagree bandwagon so quickly, god get over the fact it's not perfect.
Halo had better AI than that for gods sake.
Graphics wise, I downloaded the 720p version, and it does look very bland, the walls the ground hell the Helgast feet, when you look at it. Nothing has any real depth to it but I'm sure it can be touched up.
Looks good now, can only look better come February. Call Of Duty 4 looks better? I would disagree with that but this isn't exactly the prettiest game ever.
Ever shut the f**k up? No one cares about your mindless b*tching.
You really believe that to be in game?
Haha, I thought everyone wised up after the Killzone 2 CGI trailer fiasco. Apparently not as gullible people still lurk around.
Anyway, Operation Flashpoint was a fantastic war game, loved the realistic aspects of it and spent hours messing around in the mission editor, lining up battalions of troops fighting off against eachother.
I expect Dragon Rising to raise the bar yet again for a War Simulator. Knowing CodeMa...
Do we really care what the Japanese buy most? Cause I sure don't.
They have "no life" yet you're moaning at them on a message board. BRILLIANT!
And just for the record, I've 3 girl gamers on my friends list, bet you'd shut up after getting your ass handed to ya by them.
Fiesta Fun!
I loved the art style of Half Life 2 and Episode 2, with the Citadel and how it was destroyed, creating the portal storm and whatnot!
Hope Episode 3 lives up in the Gameplay department!
Yeah totally agreed juuken!
I sold GTA IV because it just didn't seem to be appealing after finishing it, sure I had a good laugh on free roam but it always boiled down to,
"hey lets get choppers and six star wanted level"
It got pretty repetative, and trying to mix it up didn't help it, I was glad to get £30 in trade in value towards Battlefield Bad Company.
Don't get me wrong, GTA IV had a great story and an amazing presenta...
What about Shroomy? :( Can I be an Xbot too pretty please!
On topic: If motion controller is true, I hope future titles incorporate both the standard and motion controller, not just one or the other. I wouldn't jump on the motion control bandwagon just yet.
If anything, they are copying Nintendo, just like Sony did, and failed horribly with sh*taxis.
Aslong as they give us choice, if you want to use a motion controller you can, but if you just prefer the controller you can use that. That would be far better than being forced to use one of the two.
But I wouldn't be surprised if the Lancer was used in the movie, it looks fantastic.
But I was disappointing to see a lack of different tracks in Forza 2, especially the Mountain raceway type course in Forza 1, I loved that track with amazing views!
Forza 3 sounds like it's gonna be amazing, just hope it has loads more cars and tracks!
From what I've heard of Stereotypes, The Xbox crowd are the homophobic "hardasses", now that seems to be chainging.
Viva and Banjo happen to be very fun games, christ has everyone forgotten what gaming is about? fun?
LBP is not even out, and you say it's the best casual game ever? I'm sure it's fun but from what I've seen of fan reaction, the hardcore crowd are the first to jump on it. LBP could be too complex to appeal to the casual crowd.
Bubbles for you!
It makes sense Jackson is targeting Live, and he'll have Bungie/Microsoft's support on the project, but if like you said, if it's anywhere as Epic as LOTR was then we are in for a great surprise! :D
Viva & Banjo too hardcore for you?
And could be done on a console.
It's also a hell of a lot of fun, and makes for the perfect LAN game.
Killzone 2 needs to be fun, and have a terrific online experience, because no matter how much they improve the graphics that isn't gonna guarantee a good game alone.
I'd hardly think so, Alone in the Dark is a great series but I agree this version ain't so much. Without the frustrating controls and all the tech issues, it would be a quite a fun game, the ideas are great and make for some awesome set pieces.
I'd rate it a 7/10.
