LOL i dont sit that close when i game, but trust me, you cant tell at that size, unless youre out in the yard!
im about 12-15 feet away, and thats as far as i can physically get, in my house LOL! but when i started gaming on it, i had to freaking turn my head to see certain parts of the hub in some games... used to it now, but its pretty much %50-%70 of my feild of vision when i play! its the best tech upgrade ive gotten so far, IMO

well, mister author, ive got a 106 inch screen for my 1080p mitsubishi projector, and believe my, I can tell the freaking difference between 720 and 1080... heck, i can see individual pixels on my screen LOL! On the more mainstream side though, lots and lots of people now game ...
imo M$ is saying "work on ours first, or never" no other company says if a game comes out on their system it HAS to be first. (or tied for first)
lets just say youre an indie developer, and only have enough people to work on finishing one version of the game... by this clause, it HAS TO BE the xbone version, because if you release a different version first, you WILL NOT be allowed to release it on the xbone later.

yea, they should focus on making their platform more attractive to indies, not FORCING them, in a contractual clause, to release 2 games at once. its these things here that are the reason i can't get behind M$, no matter how many games they have. exactly! a game can be fun and not have EVERYTHING! but people shouldn't say that a game is better gimped, missing features, ect... destruction and graphics are great, but not everything. just dont pretend your game is better without awesome features that should be there. i just wish we'd get somebody telling the truth about why stuff was left out, istead of "its better like this, trust us..."

cod dosen't have destruction, but you're a person most of the time, so its not as obvious.
bf does have destruction, and you WOULD notice if you fired a tank shell at an office building and NOTHING HAPPENED.
the mechs in titanfall have massive firepower. it just looks kinda odd when they fire at something and its not obliterated. BTW there would be ways to make the game balanced, even if there was destruction, perhaps giving the pilots more optio...
