come on @crazychris4124... use a pinch of common sense...
what happened the last time the did xbox vs 360? (shadowrun if you don't remember)
360 players got owned all day everyday...
if/until mouse+kb are supported by Xbox, why put a black eye on something that's going taking off pretty well for them...
i don't live in the UK/England... Also there are parts of the area that get very horrid internet service...
You have to consider region, what speeds their ISP's provided, etc...
that could have been 2000 people who only get 10down/5up... this has to be taken into consideration...
"77% of of gamers prefer disc"...
but they only asked 2000 people...
talk to me after they ask 15-20million different people...
@spicelicka...
thanks for looking at it from another perspective...
i can rock with your version...
wow... the entitlement is real...
@optimus...
here is when microsoft got really smart..
a lot of their more recent games are being made with unlocked frame rates, etc.
so when project scorpio comes out, these games (that were made with unlocked frames, etc) will see a "Max/Ultra" performance boost.
who is this developer again???
@S2Killinit...
WHAT???
requesting an interview and questions that are going to be presented to Phil are NOT one in the same...
IGN, Giant Bomb, Famitsu, Kotaku, even Wired are ALL mega sites that schedule time with Phil Spencer and ask him questions...
Smaller sites take snippits from these interviews and SPIN UP their own articles...
Why would Shuhei Yoshida and Andrew House be at Xbox Fanfast? I...
@S2Killinit...
Actually they track Phil down when he is at Xbox events...
All these Phil interviews were most from Phil being tracked down in Australia at the Xbox fans event...
U think a man at his position has time to go on a media tour and answer the same question a million times over?
Just like E3 or Gamescom... all these outlets schedule time wit Phil, when he is at the event.
@Outside_ofthe_Box
U make no sense whatsoever...
When the PS3/360 were launching everyone only talked about PS3 cell processor and how it was going to destroy any competition out there (which included PC)
@miyamoto
Why does it have to be solved?
Eastern Europe and Asia dont buy Xbox.
It is what it is.
United States and UK may not equal the world but most video game software (console wise) are purchased in North America and the UK.
Look at the attach rate for Xbox games in these 2regions alone.
Diversity in games... maybe...
But tryin to sell places that 15-16yrs have rejected it......
Gotta love N4G...
Phil Spencer isnt just talkin into the ethos here...
Gaming/Media outlets are asking him these questions.
Would you prefer him to be rude and say "Fanboys on gaming forums, are tired of me answering your questions"?...
How about someone hit up Famitsu and blast them for asking the question..
@zb1ftw777
Actually makes sense... To sell well over 300k units in the US for a month iis amazing.
That signifies RAMP UP in Xbox sales not "Waitong for another console"
@mikeslemonade...
One of these companies can buy the other outright... and the other cannot..
$-$-$-$-$-$-$-$-$ 👈🏾 Thats world wide for where MS money stretches...
@S2Killinit
I did do my research...
"be the Batman" is NOT a AAA- VR experience, nor Until Dawn ...
Resident Evil will be (or shall I say might be) the first real must have AAA- VR game...
I was fascinated by Playstation Move too when it first launched... and time went on, and Move support fell off a cliff...
@Red_Renegade
it doesnt have to be all AAA game...
it still needs more than 15-30minute "tech demos"
it needs a Journey, or Inside, or Witness, or whatever... the machine has to be fed more than "Tech Demos"
i limited the time frame to E3 because humans lack patience and attention span.. especially gamers...
when u have a piece of kit like that, it has to be fed, or people will g...
@Red_Renegade...
it's all opinions.. everyone has one, and nobody is right or wrong.
let me ask you a honest question, how would u feel about spending $400+ on a PSVR and the only AAA game between now and E3-2017 is Resident Evil, and the rest are these little 15min - 30min tech demos?
Would that honestly feel like $400 well spent to you? answer without any bias...
im happy to see psvr off to a good start... but it's not worth the $400 as of this moment.
once resident evil launches, then psvr will start to show it's value.
i think sony also needs to have 2 or 3 of it's own AAA VR*games release between New Years and E3-2017 to go along with Resident Evil.
if resident evil is going to be the only AAA VR game between now and E3-2017, there will be NO PRESSURE on team Xbox. If PSVR has ...
@krenk12... MS has more $$$ worldwide... but no one is freaking out...
this is clearly an NPD article... but lets drag worldwide into it...
