so low end 4K tv's with low end HDR may not get the best HDR results... well that kinda sucks

Best Buy is giving PS4 & 4Pro buyers a free copy of Sausage Party on Bluay or 4K Bluray... I suggest taking the 4K bluray copy of the movie since 4K blurays also come with standard blurays (and digital codes) as well...

i own over 200 games on my Xbox One... OVER 200 games...
I even thing I purchased ALL 1st party (and third party who made exclusive games for MS)
i bet you can't say the same...

actually i do as i've recently started dabbling in stocks... and technology sector is on my radar..
microsoft is currently trading too high for me... but when they drop a little bit, i'll bite and hope that their stock value goes back up along the way..

phil spencer has owned up to all missteps even while head of "Games"...
there was never hypocrisy with phil. he admitted his screw ups...
and takes no credit for the turn around. he gives the actual programmers and hardware engineers the props.

samsung KS8000 series and 9000 series have game modes where you can get input lag down to 24ms or so.
this is while in "Game Mode" w/HDR
sammy's also have the benefit of 10bit panel as well and quantum dot tech ... quantum dot isn't OLED, but you get some darn good black levels

@Tapani: the KS8000 (&85000) rated pretty good for gaming. And yes it does have a 10bit panel

If whats under the hood of Scorpio is as poweful as MS says it is, then they have nothing to worry about. Whats under the hood will justify it...

So Project Scorpio (according to this article) is a very controlled PC environment masking as a Xbox Console (i guess to get the most out of the hardware)...
this is either going to pay off BIG or backfire on them with 3rd parties if they forcing 3rd party devs to use a UWP wrapper on their games...
Also a very sneaky (but clever) way to grown their Windows Store... Steam can keep the Win32 exe...
MS can now court devs into making a Windows Store...
