If you notice the 1440p vs 1080p benchmarks. Same systems.. barely any difference in the frame rates.

It's pretty obvious the game is CPU limited.. something both consoles don't have excess of.

I think this is the case too. Open world games calculate alot of things in the background. I'm sure this game is CPU limited and not GPU limited.
Keep your excuses. A low end $400 PC will get you double the frame rate and high AA.

Same argument as yours for me.. Except why would I want to subject myself to 30fps for hours on end. Hence PC is the only option for me if I value my free time.

Here's the thing.. It's 2015 and neither are doing 1080p @ 60fps.. Sony fanboys shouldn't be bragging, it looks so petty once you game on a decent PC.

Not sure why you'd want to use a 144hz monitor on a console that outputs only 30fps. Even at 60fps it's a waste.
SSD's on the consoles are limited to SATA II speeds. Which is about 50% of a average SDD's rated speed (SATA III). Even then.. PC's moved onto M.2 now which is miles faster again.
