The Wii U is more powerful than current-gen, no doubt.
But this is bullshit lol. The PS3 and 360 are around 20x more powerful than last gen. Next-gen definitely won't have the same leap that we had this gen, it'd be too damn expensive.
My perception is that the Wii U is 3-4x more powerful than current-gen, with the NextBox and PS4 coming in at around 6-8x more powerful.

Um, no. ZombiU is actually looking a LOT better than when it was first shown. The lighting in that game is amazing and it has a realistic aesthetic to it.
Bayonetta 2 may be pretty damn good looking too.
Ultimate looks great, but it's just an up-port, and they're not actually re-working the textures in HD. Still, due to art style and coloring, it looks awesome. But the textures are low-res in most areas.
They should include it as an unlockable alternate costume.
You do realize this is an up-port of a 3DS game right? For a 3DS-to-HD conversion it looks great. Better than I expected actually.

Because it's a port. With ports, most devs won't bother doing native 1080p.
When Tri Ultimate releases, they're going to shut down Tri's servers.
So it looks like if you want to continue playing you'll have to pick up Ultimate.
