Honestly, I could see that happening too.
Their first games (if I remember correctly) were MadWorld and Infinite Space, a Wii exclusive and a DS exclusive. Then they're making Project P-100, and now Nintendo has picked up Bayonetta 2, and now statements like this, and this is actually the 2nd time he's said this.
Platinum seems to like Nintendo a lot, and vice-versa.

They're obviously becoming more agressive with "hardcore" games. Bayonetta is the epitome of female sexuality in video games, and they picked that game up and are PUBLISHING it.
So I think this would be more of Rockstar's decision rather than Nintendo's. But if I were Nintendo, I'd do everything I can to get that game on the Wii U.

I understand Bayonetta fans' anger, that they don't want to buy a system for one game, but that's thing, you THINK you'd only be interested in that ONE game.
Even if someone is legitimately NOT interested in the Wii U games at launch/launch window, there WILL be other Wii U exclusives down they line that they'd be interested in.
