I do have to agree with bully mangler on the uncomfortable aspect. primarily for those chincy baby joysticks on the vita. The first thing i noticed when I tried the vita was how awful those joysticks feel. They might as well be two dpads functionality wise. Huge disappointment.

Look at the vita, they can't afford to price drop that. There's also the issue SONY has right now with 3rd parties. They've practically lost all 3rd party exclusives. Their 1st party releases have dwindled and reduced in quality. I dunno. Sony is in a bad position right now. If they develop another console full of new proprietary graphics tech that's difficult to develop for like they did with ps3. There aren't enough militant sony fanboys left to support the brand.
I'm worried, if sony releases another psychotically expensive console that's it for them. Then at the same time if they release a console less powerful than the wii U they that is also it for them. If they find the balance they just might pull it off. But they really gotta innovate to hope to win this one and not make a dreamcast.

It's okay, Sony kids can easily delude themselves for 3 years. Why the fuck would they want to market to the 2nd place portable console? With how much it costs to develop for by comparison with a smaller install base... it's just a good decision. Good for nintendo and capcom. Naaa they dont. Nintendo has already basically secured the monster hunter franchise, assisted by the fact that vita just does not have a worthwhile install base while 3ds 100% does. At this point theres a better chance of another freedom unite game on psp then a new monster hunter on vita.
