All I know is I don't go on sony news and xbox news and talk smack because it's not my first choice in gaming. Yet I see Sony & M$ kids all over every single positive piece of Nintendo news.
That's probably why you can't think of attacking fanboy arguments... only defensive ones. Probably because we ARE more mature. If you hate a Nintendo fanboy... it's likely because you started a fight and we usually have better arguments to defend ourselves.
Not to mention this guy got nintendo's opinion of liking the boost in sales momentum and said, "I'm my opinion these sales numbers are bad!'

Nintendo really has to be worried about having the best selling game console and seeing an attach rate forming for wii U.

Just don't forget. Wii U sold it's biggest share during the christmas time. And while xbox one and ps4 are selling well, Wii U is also selling New consoles. Unfortunately while ps4 and xbox one have their post release dry spell nintendo will be dropping a new Mario Kart AND a new Brawl. Wii U will likely keep its lead until the competitors finally get their system seller titles. I don't doubt it will lose the worldwide lead. Just it's going to take a while.
As a Nintendo fan... even I admit. They need to give mario a break for a bit. Mario games used to be rare. Since NSMB it's been constant. They need to expand some of the great games in the backlogs for a bit. How about a 2d metroid done in hd? or a new starfox or f-zero.

Yeah, it was a great year to own a 3ds. #1 best selling system of 2013 for a reason. It's why nintendo isn't doomed and probably never will be. Wii U Will probably have a year like 2013 3ds soon enough.
Well in all honesty... It was VGX. the whole thing was underwhelming. It looked like it was done from someone's office. All the announcements were meh.

He's just gloating because Nintendo's head start and low price puts them in a good position. Number 2 in black friday sales and 4 million consoles worldwide. It's good for Nintendo. Just hope they use their very temporary lead wisely.

Yeah, I got mine and there's already a good selection. I do reccomend it. Wii U is gonna be a great system to get past the ps4/xboxone dry spell we're about to experience.

Wow, it seems wii U held it's own afterall. despite all the nay saying. number 2 aint too bad. they just broke 4 million worldwide. Nice for nintendo. They might just hold their lead for a lil bit longer.
Meanwhile, the software totals are interesting. ps4 owners did half of the wii U software totals for the year in only a few weeks. Sony gamers definitely buy games.

btw, ps3 sold 6.6 million, 360 sold 4.1 million. I wonder why those aren't on this breakdown. Wii U is now outselling wii at least at 1.6 million. Congrats on wii U breaking 4 million sold.
they only sold about 240k in europe. However this is from before black friday. So I think some of these rankings might change.

@N2N I don't play graphics, shaders, polycounts and "new Tech", I play games.
The system is more still powerful than ps3 and that's pretty good. It is just shocking to me people spend a gen whining about how nintendo's big awesome games are not in HD and how they aren't aiming at the hardcore. Spends 2013 aiming at hardcore gamers and fulfilling those dreams and people still wish the worst for them.

I dunno about that hyrule warriors... seems like another Samurai warriors game but... zelda. I am a bit butthurt that nintendo dropped that luigi's mansion reward at 1500 coins. 1500 coins?! I have 900 coins. I should be able to get anything... naturally the first thing they drop is the most expensive reward literally ever. Sigh.
Meanwhile... Mario Kart 8 & SSB. Yeah I'm gonna buy the heck out of that.
