I see this article is a joke. I know wii U isn't at 10 million. But I see the point. Who cares about the sales. You don't enjoy a system more because it's sold very well. You enjoy a system because it has games to play. That's why I've never understood sony fans bashing nintendo by saying it's doomed. They don't seem to get that if Nintendo is doomed right now then SONY is like twice as doomed. Nintendo has had the upperhand for years in that they make profit off their sales. Something sony hasn't been able to say for a while now.
Yeah, I'd imagine if anyone could be making a dreamcast it'd be microsoft. Microsoft has had quite a string of failures lately. Hmm... so has sony. They are both systems based on x86 hardware... meaning they could be emulated or maybe even hacked for piracy... MY GOD!

@tito We're not in the n64/gc gen anymore. Mariokart wii got people hooked. Mario Kart 7 and mario 3d land are the games that sold the system when they came out and consistent quality titles kept the momentum strong.
Wii U outsold xbox one during the holiday season. That says something. 3ds outsold the ps4. Specs don't matter. It's the games. In the end brawl and mario kart are juggernauts in the gaming franchise world. A title not at all held by infamous. Nor MLB...
I am not sure, because everyone seems to assume wii U won't sell any consoles somehow. What games are going to be behind the surge of 2 million needed to get past the wii U's numbers? I cannot think of a single title coming that could pull it off outside of destiny on September 9th.
