"First party has been dry as they released most of them early in the gen but they are coming."
So consistent drought until announced games actually come into fruition. Keyword consistent.

"Worst and fewer", he brazenly says while going through a consistent drought half-way through his branded low frame upscale machine's lifecycle.

@anast

You really need to stop trying so hard, it's getting downright embarrassing. Brand loyalty is a stupid endeavor, accept it, learn from it and move on.

I think you more accurately want it to be antisemitism to convince yourself instead of considering any sort of nuance for whatever multitude of reasons may actually be for others. Just cause he's jewish doesn't make him exempt from criticism, and considering current events that's not a hill I'd advise to die on.

@Nittdarko
Also the 3080 is by no means a $1000+ card it's not 2021 anymore, try less than half that. You could even go as far as a 3060ti and maintain a locked 4K60 with say a Ryzen 5 3600.

@Nittdarko
I mentioned 960 for the sake of range in how low the hardware can go in regards to this particular game, of course you're not going to get 4K60, the PS4 barely managed 1080p with less. You're the one making it seem like you need thousands of dollars to run a PS4 game originally built on hardware already outdated by it's launch. The fidelity comparison between either makes zero difference as this game is not stressing either most modern or even previous gpu seri...

You do not need a $2500 machine to run this PS4 game originally made around ancient hardware. It's minimum requirement is a freaking GTX 960, by january next year that'll be a ten year old gpu. It's mind boggling just how purposefully out of touch a lot of people on this site are in terms of tech, like a mid 2000s time warp.

Psychological projection coupled with inferiority complex and brand worship is the ultimate cringe

Can't wait to adopt yet another handheld with overpriced proprietary storage what will surely be abandoned for a third time.

"It doesn't impact you so screw everyone else you may know that it does impact."
Cause nobody has friends or family in other countries. They can't enjoy a game with online coop all because Sony, ineptly with limited network range and poor planning, wants to artificially boost their PSN numbers to impress shareholders.

Those people should have just been born in a different country(/sarc) despite this wasn't a legal problem b...

Nothing ethical about wasting bandwidth on a ubisoft game.

639d ago 9 agree0 disagreeView comment

You're being disingenuous. Companies like Ubisoft are super transparent in regards to their motivations when making these decisions, Ubisoft in particular in their own fictionized takes have shown they're willing to warp subject matter for political reasons, these days seldom creative ones. The issue isn't so much the context of what they're basing it on, it's why they themselves are going about it. It's not an organic choice, it's tokenism. If it were any other st...

There's a lack of evidence to suggest Yasuke was a samurai. He was permitted to carry weapons in service of another, but that doesn't make one a samurai. He was also supposedly in Japan for only a year, not enough time to develop the training discipline required.

Just ignore anast. He's always been threatened by PC, be it the foreign concept of choice or learning new things requiring the smallest effort. The last few years of watching his only personal possible method of gaming face potential market obsolesce has broken and reduced him to humiliation rituals. Never brand worship kids.

@MrNinosan
They can't skip out, they need the money and have already invested a lot of time and effort into keeping it going. Their only other avenue through their own hardware hasn't been cutting it. Customers taking corporate shenanigans laying down may be common practice on their platform, that's not the case for this one. Options are king over here. They're just gonna have to learn the hard way like another they're familiar with did before them.

Interesting move for a business to deliberately not want money.

Just cause you like the show doesn't mean you need to toss away any good sense regarding the previous entry. Fallout 4 lacked most of what makes a Fallout game. I put it next to Hitman: Absolution in terms of games completely missing the point of a series formula.

Selling a game in regions where your network service isn't supported with the intent from the start to make it mandatory, thus preventing people from accessing what they paid for is, such as yourself, monumentally shortsighted and tone-deaf.

646d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

@Gamingsince1981

It was never just about the account, it was about restricting people who bought the game retroactively in a region PSN isn't supported meaning they lost access to what they bought. They had every right to be upset with Sony who with some simple foresight could have prevented all of this by either not requiring PSN because they had ALREADY sold the game in regions where PSN is NOT AVAILABLE, or limited the sale of the game to regions PSN is supported fro...
