Glad they're showing off the 3DS & Vita versions...wait, they're NOT. Must be a REAL winner if they're so proud of it

I think you're confusing indie and AAA titles. Indie games don't come out at retail 1st. So Rayman Origins and Sound Shapes, while they may not technically be AAA titles, are A or AA titles, not simple lil indies that you could find on the App store

I want a lot of original AAAs. I know, I know, those require a lot of resources, resources that are tied up in the next-gen consoles and mindless Ipad games. But still, one or two every couple months would be neat

I assure you any dude who gives this a poor hands-on review has a tattoo of a dolphin on his arm and only gets his jollies from casual games

Miyamoto and Nintendo in general, are more interested with innovative experiences, as opposed to just having extremely high-tech games. They've already said as much at E3 interviews. So I'm glad and not a bit surprised that he's checking out Tearaway, because it is w/out question (only rivaled by Gravity Rush) THE most innovative game of this handheld generation. The key to the perfect handheld gaming experience is some kind of perfect medley of motion, touch, and buttons. Hop...

I only agreed with this b/c Moto's only goal is innovation and Tearaway is the most innovative game of the current handheld generation, thus far

This game looks ridiculously awesome. Best handheld Batman game to date. Licensed games are suddenly heading back to the level of greatness that held during the 16-bit era. Just look at some of the high quality licensed games this year: Batman obviously, Lego Marvel, and Scribblenauts Unmasked. Which is all good, b/c I'm a little kid trapped in an adult body, kinda like this awesome 90s superhero Prime: 4634d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

How many fully 3D original games have come to Vita this year? Two by my count: Soul Sacrifice & Sly Cooper. There just ain't enough devs out there that are proficient in making fully 3D games. They either dropped down to exclusively making lil Ipad games, because idiot kids buy every single re-skinned endless runner or physics based flinger, or they're working on the big boy consoles. Zipper Interactive bit the dust, Nihilistic dropped down to the Ipad game, etc., etc.

You HAVE to be talkin about the WiiU content. Because if you're not happy with the 3DS selection, you need to quit gaming. Not only do we get the highly anticipated 'Mighty Switch Force 2' which scored 93% from the only review I've seen, you also get a Picross game to test your wits and a fishing sim if you're into arcade-y experiences.

PLUS, if you crave retro games, FOUR varied Game Gear titles, includin Columns, which I consider the 2nd greatest puzzl...

From the description I've heard and the gameplay I've seen, I've already determined that this will be my favortie Sonic game since the original Genesis Sonic quadrilogy. Will it actually be able to surpass any of those in my all-time favorites list? Guess I'll have to wait till it releases later this year

Before you read this, understand that the author has some form of mental illness. Autism maybe. I concluded this because the author makes absolutely no sense. Here is the article in brief: "I pre-ordered Dragon's Crown. Then I canceled it for no reason. Then I played the Dragon's Crown demo and didn't like it b/c beat em up are a "fairly shallow genre". Then I played the D & D arcade demo and remembered I like beat em ups. Now I love Dragon's Crown. ...

I have no attachment to her, since I've never played Wii Fit. BUT I think she looks cool as purdy so I'm glad she's in. Also, she or the Villager ain't gonna be in the 3DS version, which is the one I'm gettin. I know this b/c they're the only characters w/out 3DS screenshots on the official SmashBros site. And since the 3DS & WiiU have an equal # of characters, can't wait to see the handheld exclusives. I'm hopin one is short, portly, yellow and has an...

1st line of the article was "Sitting behind a row of game journalists". Pre-E3, Post-E3, or whatever, this special event, like every other special E3 event, was crowded

Try playin any new game with a complex move set, with no instruction manual handy, tons of people huddled around you, and a booth babe dressed up like the Sorceress standin a few feet away and then tell me if you don't get confused

VERY interesting that Sakurai-san confirmed during the Smash Bros. Developer Direct that the 3DS & WiiU versions will have the same number of characters. And yet, on the official site, Wii Fit Girl and The Villager are the ONLY two characters w/out 3DS screenshots.

Could this hint to the fact that, aside from having stages unique to each other, the 3DS & WiiU versions will also feature different new characters to the franchise? It makes a lot of financial sense to e...

There's a decently complex and different move set for each character that the author probably has no idea how to use, which explains his confusion. And his other complaint was that it was chaotic. Is there anyone here who doesn't like their hardcore beat-em-ups to be challenging and chaotic as possible? I'll assume you've never played Streets of Rage if that's the case

Looks amazing and a completely different xperience from the console version. Holy buying both versions, Batman!

4636d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

On the official site, when you click on The Villager, there are no 3DS screenshots, unlike the other characters I checked that had both 3DS & WiiU screenshots. This could mean that either the 3DS is getting shafted on a couple characters, or that Nintendo was a little bit financially smart and made some characters system exclusive to make each version worth a purchase. If this be the case, hopefully 3DS is the version getting Pac-Man
