Half Life 3 confirmed
Portable mode did not bother me in Xenoblade 2. I was too busy enjoying the massive world to sit and count pixels.

How is a laptop a valid option? If it cannot run a game for as long as Switch can and takes a huge performance hit when not plugged in, it is not a viable option for my workplace. With Switch the games are optimised for portable play. Laptops, not so much.
Not to mentiom a decent gaming laptop costs an arm and a leg. So there is that too. No excuses, only facts.
Laptop is too bulky to carry around with me and the battery life for gaming is far worse than Switch. I tried the whole gaming laptop thing, not very effective when not plugged in. May as well stick to my desktop PC at that point.

Well the Switch can do better than Uncharted 3 or The Last of Us easily. For a portable, that is damn impressive and leaves games potentially looking good after PS4 downgrades.
Your point falls flat my friend. No one is expecting it to run games at PS4 level, just to run them on the go.
So tell me, what is the best version for me to take with me at work?
I would rather see Bloodborne 2 over Demom Souls 2. I really liked the atmosphere im Bloodborne, far more than any Souls game. Also I really like the lovecraftian lore it follows.
My only real critisism is that they should have made the three factions more relevant than they did. So much wasted potential there IMO.
The issue is not the 35 mil right now, the X1 is not a complete failure.
The problem is the shrinking XBox fanbase and whether or not it will be worth a new console. I think their will be one more gen for XBox. If they continue to fall behind however, they will pull the plug after that. But anything can happen. Look at the Switch following the WiiU, nothing is certain, everything is permitted.
All in all, the big three need to be healthy all around to...

There were 75+ mil WiiU owners?
Zelda BotW was conplete out of the box with way more content than many other games out there. If you can sink 100 plus hours before any DLC, you got your money's worth and then some. But whatever, I am sure you know this. Your comment comes across as...
"Bu....bu....my prefered game did not get game of the the year....sure BotW deserves it, but I am childish so I am going to fail at trolling and make a fool out of myself...waaah!!!" 😢😢ԅ...
No fk that. I want classic nintendo games on the go or on my TV. No it does not NEED it, but to say they should just abandon it makes no sense. A VC digital system of some sort is a standard these days. I hope it comes to Switch soon, because more is alwayd better.
Just because YOU might not want something does not mean the rest of us should not have it either. There is no reason nindies and VC cannot co exist.
I am one of the lucky few that gets to play these while awaiting Bayo 3. I handled GoW 1, 2, and 3 in a similar fashion as well. Playing a trilogy back to back to back is nothing short of fantastic.
I have a feeling Smash will be coming this year around sep. Also there are plenty of Nintendo games coming outside of that. Also plenty of games in dev they could suprise us with a sooner than expected release date.
We are only one month into the new year. People need to chill.
Would be a good fit on Switch too. Screw the soundtrack, give us the game!
Yeah, I have a backlog too...but I may bump this to the top of the list. It is doing better than I thought it would...and has captured my interest. I do not think I can hold off much longer on this myself lol.
Fire Emblem Warriors with the weapon triangle and companion system is one of the best warrior games to date IMO. Really as a bit of strategy to the mix.
Which is why they deserve a second chance to shine on the Switch.
I do not see any other way to do it to be honest. The Switch will have A and AA third party support, but MOST AAA games will have to pass due to power disparity. Nindies are a lock too.
However if they focus their entire 1st party and make deals for big third party exclusives (like Bayo 3 or Bandai with Metroid Prime 4), the Switch can easily have a respectible enough exclusive library like nothing we have ever seen.
I will always be a multi console gam...
