Well many of the XBox fans that have been complaining have already jumped ship.
The X1 is doing ok in the US, but struggling everywhere else in the world. I understand loyal fandom, but ignoring the lack of exclusivity in games is nothing short of blindly following what they say.
If you ONLY play multiplat games and you value BC, I can see buying an X1X. As someone who has an X1, PS4, and Switch however, I find little use for my X1 besides a netflix box...
I agree with this. The only problem I ran into was when the marker was on a different elevation on the map than the rest of it, and I wasted hours trying to figure out how to get to said elevation.
For example an objective on the NW side of the map is only accessible through the most southern point of the titan? I mean they could have at least given some direction in the quest description lol.
Still love the game to death though.
I know right? It became apparent when Bloodborne dropped, then Uncharted 4, then Horizon Zero Dawn, and now God of War.
And those are just some of the best exclusives. That does not even scratch the other more niche games like Persona 5, Nioh, Nier A, etc
This kind of back and forth of close 1st and 2nd between Sony and Nintendo is going to be the norm moving forward. The winner will depend on games coming out at the time, as both Playstation and Switch have identities that can co exist under one roof.
MS on the other hand, while doing ok in the US, has a major identity crisis. I doubt we will see them beat Sony or Nintendo anytime soon.
When 3 came out, it perfected what 1 and 2 was built off of. By no means was 3 even starting to get "stale" or "wear its welcome". Ascension did for sure, but this article is way off base even suggesting 3 and just seems like bad writing to me.
Sooner than I expected, but also for the best. Looking forward to it!
This was only a matter of time as the VITA reached the end of its lifespan (depending on if you like jrpgs or not, some might say it ended long ago).
Smart move , now they just need to enable it om all smart phones and bring the accessories to the west.
Well I have a feeling this game is do or die for Bioware, so the possible visual fidelity is minor in the grand scheme of things. ME:A was a disaster and EA is trigger happy when it comes to closing studios that do not meet their expectations. It is a shame because EA thenselves are mostly to blame.
It was fun at first, but it felt like Destiny with a different Skin. I played this right after The Taken King, so I was about played out by this type of concept.
I am sure it has gotten better with time, but I think I will pass. Too many better games out/coming out now to invest into this time sink.
Was there any doubt?
Well after this next GoW. I do plan of checking the two out, and eventually playing all the way through Ascension. That way I can experience the entire franchise for myself.
This new GoW has revitalized the franchise for me.
I never played Chains of Olympus or Ghost of Sparta, but I was hooked on the console trilogy. Then Ascension came, so I of course got it.
It was not bad, but for the first time I felt no reason to finish the game. I think it suffered from series fatigue (which is why a revamp was needed). After the main trilogy and two prior prequel games before it, I was feeling like I already knew how it ended and lost motivation quicker than I would have liked.
There are already bigger carts. They are taking the cheaper route.
He would certainly fit right in on the Switch, that is for certain. I will believe it when we get something official however.
I am slowly reverting back to buying all multiplats on my PS4 unless I NEED the portability for the game. Other than that, I guess I will be using my Switch for Switch exclusives from here on out.
I am about as optimistic as they come when it comes to concessions for portability and waiting for the Switch versions of games. However the delayed release dates are starting to become a real problem for me. This does not affect me much as I was passing on it anyway, but there ar...

Legend of Zelda will always be, in my opinion, one of the greatest gaming franchises of all time. A legacy worthy of all the praise it recieves.
Chrono Trigger/Cross continuation will always be at the top of my wish list...
