Switch pocket edition incoming
No problems on my end. Maybe your IP is giving you unacceptable connection status in 2018?

Almost any fast food place has Wifi for public use.
My work has Wifi.
My truck has Wifi.
Hell I can even make my phone give off a wifi signal good enough for online play.
You are aware that it is 2018 right?
I don't expect 60fps. I expect to play the game on the go with full console features and controls. Try harder to downplay, your bias is showing.
The PS5 is likely coming in 2020, so that would add up if it is to be a cross gen launch title, or even a PS5 exclusive.
Nah, they will not win 2018. The holiday maybe, but Sony has 2018 on lock. God of War now and Red Dead 2 for holiday put them in a position that Nintendo cannot catch up with due to a slow start to the year.
Both will do well though.
Both were lacking exclusives. MS was the worse of the two. The PS4 lacked a major system selling exclusive till Bloodborne finally hit.
How quickly people forget...hell how quickly people assume I am an xbox fan taking a shot at Sony. I hate XBox XD
@CaptainObvious878
Really not saying much there lol.
If I have a bowl of cereal with three crumbs, and another bowl with one, no matter which one I choose I will still be hungry when I am done.
I keep forgetting this game was ever a thing. Back in the day, PS4 gamers used to shout this exclusive from the top of mountains during the first 2 years when Sony's 1st party games were still sparse from the platform.
Now we have Bloodborne, Dark Souls 3, and God of War sporting the gameplay Deep Down promised at a much higher level of quality. I wonder if it would even be able to compete now.
Of course who knows what capcom have been doing with it...
Forget a remake, Chrono Trigger/Cross needs a new game in the franchise. There is so much untapped potential to explore.
You don't say?
It is a remake of pokemon yellow, a core title. People need to actually look into the games before spreading false info. These are not spin offs by any stretch of the imagination.
What we really have is one free to start spin off that just dropped.
Two core remakes coming this holiday.
And two NEW mainline games next year.
The more you know------------☆
PSN and XBL are about the same these days. Get with the times.
X1X I would choose if I only played 3rd party multiplat games, because that is all it has.
PS4 Pro will cover Dynamic 4k experiences with everything the X1X has to offer (that is worth playing) while also giving me access to quality exclusives to boot. God of War runs at 0p 0 fos on the X1X for example.
Switch is for the easy convenience of being able to play a game on you...
The thing you two need to remember is that the Pro and X were advertised to EXTEND the PS4 and X1's lifecycle. Charging a premium for a year long extension, as you suggest, would be anti consumer and pose a bad image for the brand. Many would see it as false advertising or at the very least deceptive advertising.
We have dynamic 4K now, so there is not really a good jump to make at an affordable price to justify a whole new generation. We will not see that tech come...
2020 earliest, 2021 latest.
Anything ealier would be a spit in the face to ps4 pro gamers.
I agree. What people seem to forget is that we already have dynamic 4k gaming with the Pro and X. It will take time before a decent leap from that is possible at an affordable price. Anything less than Native 4k with massive leaps in AI and special effects with smooth framerates would fall short if expectations.
That sounds like a lot but look at the PS4 and X1. Many were very underwhelmed by how small the jump seemed back then so there needs to be more than just a reso...
In other news, water is wet.
PS5 will be announced at E3 2019, shown off at E3 2020, and released holiday 2020.
I do not see them releasing it without the pro having a solid 3 years on the market, especially since the PS4 is still selling like a beast.
This will also allow for a cheaper price point. Yes it had begun, but there is still a bit morw time before it gets here. In any case, Sony has given us a lot to look forward to.
I would have been fine with buying digital even. But to have to stream it?
I mean come on...
Well of it does happen, I guess we will be greatful that at least Nintendo seems to be a gen or two behind when it comes this kind of stuff lol.
But seriously, the only one I can see trying this is MS. Sony could pull it off, but I think they would try to capitalize on anyone else stupid enough to try it by giving gamers what they want, just like the always online DRM the X1 originally had. It would just solidify their success for another gen before it began.
