It stutters for me and buffers frequently. (especially if you put it in 480p mode)
It's not a connection issue, as the PS3 is hard-wired to the router and Hulu works perfectly on every PC.
The Wii sells because it's FUN!
I know it's the trendy thing to do on here to bash the Wii, but as an owner of all three consoles, there is a place for each of the in my heart.
I keep going back to Metroid, Brain Age, Wii Sports, RE4 and Zelda (even got the zapper game - that's fun!)
Those are the only games I own, but it's a nice mix between solo games through family games.
And as far as why they sell so well - it's novel, they have great ...
Or just use Blu-Ray in their next console. I don't see anything prohibiting them from doing that...
and edit - i did watch all the videos, but my anecdotal evidence is that I've only known people with scratched discs caused by moving. That's not to say that the problem isn't real. Stupid me posting before watching, HA!

I never disagreed that it still looks bad, simply letting the poster know his assumption was incorrect that 2 red lights = RROD.

Horde mode is still extremely addicting. I can't get enough sometimes! I didn't buy the maps either, but will take a second look at them depending on what bugs they do end up patching.
First - you are assuming that the # of trophies/points are somehow indicative of skill. I don't buy this argument, but more on that later.
I see the point you are TRYING to make, but you can do the same thing with the achievements. Being able to drill down (at xbox.com, even) and see exactly what achievements someone has can tell you their skill, on so much as what achievements they have completed. If you have all 200 points on Geometry Wars - you're pretty dang good at Geometry ...

I like how all of us think we know the inner financial workings of T2 (myself included).
They sell lots on each platform, and in 1 quarter the PS3 may beat the 360, and then vice versa.

You guys are reading this wrong.
These numbers are for 1 quarter only. Annual numbers show the 360 ahead by about 5% (39 compared to 34 of the PS3).
So take a step back, stop thumping your chests and read before you post.
You guys all cling to the 33% number like it was actually proven that it was that high. Some retailers in Australia report that, and it spreads like wild fire without ever really becoming official.

The success of the Wii proves that "hardcore" gaming is becoming much more of a fringe group. Save for the few blockbuster hits per year (MGS, Halo, CoD, etc), the casual market spends a lot of money and wields a lot of power.
