dude thats hillarious, I always wondered if she could take them all down or what...thats hillarious that you tried it, shes somewhat less helpful on crushing though (just beat it yesterday woot!) but never an annoyance that u have to wait for or anything like Ashley who aparantly couldnt go down a ladder without asistance. Kind of a negative imag for women huh?
but the thing about alone in the ark is funnier because i thought the same thing. I remember being like, your lucky i cant aim this moltov coctail very well or you would so be on fire right now. However speaking of companian AI, I remeber in uncharted how surprised i was when whats-her-face could actually hodl her own, and actually killed peeps! If RE5 can find the balance in between the two extremes it might jsut be an interesting game.

that insomniac, ND and sucker punch have all decided to make new IPs for the ps3 rather than jsut makes new instalments to old franchises. Although new IPs have a harder time selling, how many people are like, cool but I CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT whatever whatever? But at the end of the day we benifit from devs pushing themselves to provide more
even more than KZ2! If the whole city is scalable (and platforming elements are well designed) than this game will really be something else, than add sick lightning power as the cherry on top. still in concept for jak 4, while uncharted 2 is most likely well underway, ND doesn't usually announce games untill decently close to release. I bet they have a directer and stuff (like concept artists and writers) working on planning Jak 4,so hopefully a 2010 holiday release for jak 4? I am hoping to see Uncharted 2 by fall 2009 and i think its very possible, it would be pretty similar to Uncharted 1
I remember thinking with the first one that multiplayer would be awesome, it doesnt even have to be huge, jsut something. I hope they take a page out of insomniacs book (they do share notes) and add a co-op only for a different adventure, that would be sick
Any guesses on release date? I really hope it comes out by 2009, maybe fall 2009, 2 years after the first seems appropriate to me... the action was perfect (more weapons maybe?) but I want much expanded platforming and puzzles,tomb-raider comparisons be damned.
I don't know if you were refeering to the first year or what, but at the end of the day sony made a killing on the PS2, they didn't "loose millions" in fact the ps3 basically funded by by the ps2

I think the problem is in this generation there is no room for the decent games with moderate porduction values. The ps2 generation was the height for Destroy all humans type games, but the ps3 was made with a more ostentatious goal, however not all developers are prepared to meet that goal, which is what you are noticing. However in terms of how the ps3 is preforming, the ps3 is simply victim to the overall confusion in the market these days. Typically a game like this is made on the cons...
