So in your mind, we have to accept that instead of push back on it?
You're aware one of the key aspects of Capitalism is DEMAND, yes? If there's not sufficient demand for this, then it will die. It will not "kill" or "cripple" Capitalism for that to happen. In fact, that is Capitalism in action.
What you're referring to is Corporatism fused with Consumerism.
It's why FMV games died. It's why the C...
At the start of the gen? Yes. That's when it matters most.
Less so later on.
Gonna go DQ overall. When FF hits it hits hard, but when it misses, HOO boy does it miss.
DQ is consistently good, you can pick it up and enjoy it pretty much regardless of entry. And dat Toriyama art tho.
lmao that's Communism, son. Not Capitalism.
Never said that my guy, but when you have people acting as if he's literally some sort of vital historical figure and that he "deserves" to do essentially whatever the hell he wants with NO criticism, you gotta admit that we're way too deep in the fanboy hole.
He deserves the fame because he doesn't allow hands-on previews?
Well I'd say most of these comments have answered this quite definitively.
Gonna be a lot of umbrellas and hashtag signs.
It has nothing to do with the Economic philosophies of Communism, but rather the societal philosophies.
They believe every citizen works, eats, lives, more or less exists at the behest of the State, as they claim the State is "The People" despite the State actually being the Party. They then also believe that they need to censor speech against the State, as it's speech against "The People", which is inherently seditious and against the "common ...
Dang, you're ignoring some amazing games then.
A TV series, apparently.
He did have a bad habit of trying to comment on issues without having all the information though.
Hopefully, now that he's at the top he'll actually have the information to make said comments now but man, he did drop the occasional PR grenade at his own feet.
So you're saying that Jim Ryan is going to utterly derail everything they've had planned for the PS5 a year before launch to focus mostly on services that even Layden said they were needing to push a bit more?
I mean, you do realize Ryan's been running SIE since February of this year, right? Months before even the initial PS5 reveal?
And as for services, I'd have worried more about that from Kodera than Ryan. That was literally his depart...
Take the offer for a fast tracked interview and reapply, or apply at one of the other companies offering jobs?
No, but branches, divisions, and positions are. Hence why those people are also having interviews schedules to either re-apply for a similar position or a new one within the company.
I wouldn't say "perfect". There were some pacing issues, and the game felt overly padded and long at times, but in terms of atmosphere, setting, and plain ol' fear factor when the Xenomorphs were around? Friggin amazing.
Great game, was really looking forward to the sequel we never got.
Found the Commie.
Uh... wrong article?
People don't want streaming as their primary source of gaming*
Most folks are fine with it as an option, even if they'll never use it. They just don't like the idea of streaming or serviced-based gaming being the primary or sole means of gaming.
