I'd say "pick your battles" but sadly it seems this community has already done just that.
Not sure I woulda cancelled it over internet drama though.
Son, did you ever stop to think maybe it's not the people disagreeing with an outlandish claim, but the outlandish claim that's stupid?
You strawman'd PC gaming as requiring $1500 rigs to get the same performance as the One X, hence why PC gamers would leave it behind for the One X. This simply is not the case. People aren't idiots for calling out that notion.
Most of them on this site did, yes.
They're not Xbox Exclusives if they're on the PC, my guy.
So the other timed exclusives?
My dude, if you really think MS matched the power of a $1500 PC in a $500 without losing a ton of cash, you're nuts.
Hell, don't even take close to $1000 to make a 4K rig.
AHAHAHAHAHA No
I do find it amusing how Nintendo fans are OK with this, but bashed the PS4's earlier remasters as a case of "buying new systems to play old games and the like. Even criticized Sony when they used the same reasoning for introducing the remasters: new adopters who didn't have the previous system.
I'm not gonna begrudge the company choosing to do this, but golly... fan opinion shifts with the winds, it seems.
Look up what happened with Nintendo and Argonaut Games, the developer. Argonaut kinda got ripped off and the code they made for the game, which was originally supposed to be proprietary, got used in other Nintendo titles to make them work, with Argonaut not receiving an additional penny for it.
Oh shoot, Trump's outta luck.
Question: will the actual developers (whose code they stole) be compensated for this?
Keep the movie villains and their one-dimensional backsides outta this. There's enough characters in the series proper to fill out this roster.
Thing is, that policy has been heavily reversed. There are more comics coming. New characters coming. The Inhumans are getting a push because they're getting a TV show, yes, but the idea that the property is actively being retarded by "Disney" (when again, this was a decision by Marvel execs like Tom Brevoort and Joe Quesada) is silly to suggest literally as it's being reversed.
Not if Capcom decides they want to capitalize off the MCU. And again: Marvel Games has stipulated, many, many times, that their licensees can do as they like with the characters of their choosing within a realistic degree. The speculation is that "Disney" somehow said no. They did not. Were the other speculation true, and people were required to focus on the versions of characters Marvel has films of, the new Spider-Man game would be heavily influenced by the upcoming film. It's...
You ain't current then, son. There's two X-Men books, Astonishing X-Men returns next month, Ben Grimm is coming back, potentially with the Richards family as well.
Ever since Marvel Entertainment lost control of Marvel Studios (and thus their profits aren't lumped together on earnings reports) the comics have stood to gain nothing by damaging those brands to gain film rights back and the decision to do so has been being reversed.
Ike Perlmutter runs Marvel Entertainment, which includes Marvel Comics and Marvel Games. He ran it before the buyout and he runs it now. Same with Lucasfilm. Kathleen Kennedy ran it before, she runs it now. They operate independently of Disney in the same way PlayStation operates independently of Sony.
That's how they operate.
>Studio extensively says after last E3 these things aren't "undead"
>Literally everyone says they are anyway
Games gotta play on the vanilla Xbone too.
Is that why they have multiple X-Men comics now?
Article uses outdated policies set by MARVEL, not Disney, and people swallow it.
Pray tell, what deal did they secure for a multiplat that's being advertised as a multiplat?
