This is a ar more advanced system than the 3DS, they're gonna have to put in a bit more effort for a console release, re-animate sprites, probably update the sound of the cries a bit... gonna take a while, realistically, and they apparently JUST started on it.

This is about PS, not Sony as a whole. And their income decreased Year over Year because they didn't have a high-profile release this Fiscal Quarter like they had last year with Uncharted 4.
