Square's been very vocal about making each version a unique experience. They want folks to double (and eventually triple) dip. It's why they're selling dual packs with the PS4 AND 3DS versions in them.
Whatever the Switch version will be, it will likely be its own experience altogether. Which I'd actually hope for rather than a way-downscaled port of the PS4 version.
