There are NOW, that's kind of the point-- that we changed the system to make it more inclusive. There weren't books targeted at women when Gutenberg first made the printing press, only men, and this was considered desirable. In some middle eastern countries, girls still have to fight to go to school at all. If women didn't fight for what we have, we wouldn't have it.

Do we actually know pre-order numbers? The only thing I have really seen is an Amazon page that only has the Xbox One two places behind the PS4 in total preorders, while the current page (not the YTD one) says it's beating the PS4...
I don't see Windows as being a huge advantage unless they intend to allow Windows applications to come over, which is unlikely. If you can't write a Word document, where's the advantage to having Windows and all it's legacy supporting systems? But even if you can, why have the limitations of a console when you're writing a Word document?

New Vegas was far more in keeping with the original games than FO3. Small decisions create larger consequences, rather than just "do you nuke Megaton or not." The ending for NV was also nowhere near as contrived as FO3's "my friend is immune to radiation but I must still sacrifice someone because drama."

Look, people are told that they should report these things. Better safe than sorry and all that-- "I'm going to kill people lol" doesn't necessarily mean that you're not going to kill people. The police or prosecutor or whatever should have had more discretion after actually investigating this kid. In development, you have the data on a PC and the console reads from there. It's way faster than transferring all X gb of data to the console before you start debugging. Even if they were doing that at E3 (which I'm fairly certain they weren't), the game would still be running on the console, not streaming from somewhere else.

I think the real issue is just that the clothing options suck. I don't think it's so bad to be able to tweak breast size and shape. Options are good! I do think it's kind of crap if the only options for the female characters' clothes are not-armor, while the male characters' have the option of armor and not-armor.
Although, heels for adventuring is just stupid unless you're a Roman Centurian.

They're making it mandatory to avoid having fragmented market share on the Kinect. They want developers to use it, and that won't happen if it's an add on peripheral instead of a vital part of the system.

I think the DRM stuff is just fine as long as you're playing digital games. It was the extension to physical games that was the real problem.
