*sigh* I know the advent of the internet makes it easy for people to release fixes like this, but in a perfect world, wouldn't we just not have to deal with this in the first place?
Oh well, maybe by the time I get around to picking New Vegas up, it'll be playable.
I still have yet to dip my toes into the Layton waters. Yet another game series for my Pile of Shame. :/
Can we find a way to add more hours to the day, please?
I remember when EA announced this one during a press conference a couple of months ago. Wasn't sure what to make of it then. Still not too sure what to make of it now. I suppose those cheap achievements are nice if I get around to pre-ordered DS2 sometime soon...
I'm just hopeful to finally get to play then when they get the Game Boy virtual console going on 3DS - trying to track them down and playing them on non-backlit screens doesn't appeal to me so much nowadays.
I can agree that what I played in the demo was a bit repetitive, but who says every game has to be super challenging? Not everything has to be Demon's Souls hard, eh?
I keep making excuses not to buy it, despite the fact that it's dirt cheap.
I hate that...
Plenty of them still around.
I just have a bad taste in my mouth about them because of a past deadbeat roommate who spent all of his time mudding rather than looking for a job.
Don't feel bad. Except for a couple of hours of Twilight Princess, I never played any of them after Link To The Past >.>
Not trying to be elitist either - he knows I give him shit about it out of love.
And don't even get me started on the Steam thing - Mac users found a way to screw that up too. I've had an editorial brewing for a couple of months now that I never got around to writing about just that subject...
See, for me it was just the opposite. I got super tired of fantasy-based RTSes. Sci-fi was a nice palate cleanser for me.
Screenshots remind me that I need to hurry and build a dedicated gaming desktop. That would make my laptop scream in agony by the looks of it.
Yet another to add to my (ever-growing) backlog for 2010. *sigh*
There were a lot of games playable there that I didn't think would be. Sadly, most of them I never got around to going hands-on with. Stupid networking...
Despite some flaws, the first one was most certainly worth playing. It's on Greatest Hits now, if I'm not mistaken.
Hey, I had to work like hell to make this thing as listenable as it was. The raw files were just... ugh. Painful.
Still, Greg and Matt were awesome to have on and it was a fun time. We'll have to do it again at PAX East.
I never played the GB Color Zelda titles, so I have no nostalgic ties to these tunes, but it's always neat to see people doing cool stuff with them.
The Shank soundtrack, on the other hand, I really enjoyed.
Best get used to it, sir - $15 is the new $10 :/
Still, I agree. The trial was a lot of fun. I still wanna pick it up sometime soon.
Played a bit of Hunted at PAX - it feels like it still needs work to me, but it has potential.
As for Brink, I keep hearing it compared to TF2, but with no real defining reason as to why I should play it instead of the game they keep comparing it to. Meh. I dunno.
Agreed. I played during the "free weekend" when the authentication server was down and I was never so glad to see a game be inaccessible than I was there. It was eating all my free time.
PvZ's an obvious great choice and I've heard good things about Recettear too. I have Trine and Alien Swarm sitting unplayed in my Steam account still... *sigh*
