I feel like one of the few people out there who never played Worms or any of its derivatives :/
Agreed - there's so many of these that get good reviews AND are cheap... but I never have the MS points to spare :/
You could just make that the motto for the whole service.
To be fair, you kinda got screwed - as you can see, they aren't usually that big. Just picked the wrong week to get tapped was all. Heh. Sorry again about that.
Whatever would have given you that idea, sir?
Actually, if I'm not mistaken, this is the first game to get our lowest rating since the retooling of the review score system went into effect...
Seconded - Nate's a party pooper :P
Hey, the worst of it was edited out. You only sound like HALF of a drunken fool this time ;)
Not that everybody uses that $1 pricepoint. That's the mixed blessing of having that be the cheapest tier - one dollar isn't that much, which can be good, but some of them seem to be obvious ploys to get a few suckers to buy them.
And then even worse are the people with awful games who price them at $3 or $5. Yay for greed and hubris!
Aren't you getting a break from that for a little while, last I checked? ;P
People feel the need to brag about SOMETHING?
At least the controller calibrator ones seem to have a potentially useful purpose.
Yeah, I remember being excited for it initially too when it was first announced. After the demo? Not so much... :/
A nice idea, but it would be so ripe for abuse. Five minutes before people would put out the Press The Button To Boost Your Gamerscore game :P
Speaking as someone doing this week's Indie-Dome, there's not been a lot worth playing this week. Advance spoilers ;P
But yeah, it's a lot of work. How Rob manages week after week, I'll never know.
Perhaps you should download and listen? ;)
We try. ;P
Man, I tried. I ragequit partway through the demo. Couldn't even bear to finish it, between slippy controls, annoying characters and more.
The visuals were certainly nice for an XBLA title - shame they couldn't have done more with it. Heh.
I just can't believe it took them this long to get around to remaking this. So many fond memories in the SNES/Genesis era.
I was in the process of trying to track down non-greatest hits boxes of all of the originals and had the first two when they announced the remake *sigh* I should probably not bother with tracking down the last few Ratchet & Clanks either, should I?
I can agree that Mama & Son sounded kinda neat.
