If this means I don't have to buy a goddamned Ouya, then I'm all for it.
Not having an active dislike for the property and not being easily offended. If you meet both of those marks, you'll probably enjoy it. There's a lot of aspects of the humor that will be lost on those who aren't fans, however.
Still need to finish Season One. Gods, I suck...
Unless you're the slowest of slowpokes, most definitely.
So worth it.
I'm honestly amazed they're giving this series an actual shot over here. It's been around for a while.
Oddworld is still one of those franchises that I feel ashamed for never having played. I have them on Steam now... but still haven't played them.
I wasn't implying that the shooter was objectively bad. I think it was well put together. It just wasn't a very good use of the license and the Shadowrun universe. Not representative of what most people think of when they hear the name.
This is obviously more old-school and draws from the tabletop RPG. The shooter was all well and good, but it wasn't terribly Shadowrun, save in name.
This one slipped in under my radar. I knew the kickstarter had happened, but it wasn't until 2 days before release that I saw it for pre-order on Steam.
Ugh, damnit...
Same here. Doesn't help that I never had a PC back in its heyday.
Curious as to what your issue is with them. Care to elucidate? I find I get a lot more immersed in first person than I do in third. Third always feels instantly "gamey" to me. Not that such a thing is bad, mind. Different strokes and all. Just wondering what about it in specific doesn't work for you.
When they first started making the Lego games, this was pretty much the one I'd always hoped in the back of my mind that they'd get around to eventually...
iOS gets some good stuff because of the uniformity of the platform specs. Android is just all over the goddamned place though :/
I played the first Bit.Trip game, but never got around to any of the others :/
I should probably get around to playing Journey first before I move on to the next Journey :P
Sadly, I'm not surprised about the driving thing. People seem to forget they're operating a ton of moving vehicular death. Why not be as distracted as possible?
If I had one incoming, I'd be in a similar boat. Got to futz around with one at Best Buy the other day and other than long load times, I thought it was pretty spiffy.
Control problems or no, I'm still looking forward to this one. I geeked out so hard when they announced this at E3.
And VR games no less - quite a jump!
