I could give him so credit, except he only ranks the highly anticipated games poorly.
He regularly gives the shit ass Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors games 8s and 9s, Deadly Premonition a 10 but then AC2 a 4, Castlevania and Vanquish a 5. It's a joke, he's doing it solely to get hits - rating good games poorly and bad games well.
You should check out Majin, it's coming out next month from Namco and looks about as unique as you can get.
Every company makes shovelware (EA and Ubisoft especially), so I don't think it's fair to call out one dev like that.
Could be good. Whenever I think of Cold War/Vietnam, I think of emotion-grabbing movies like Platoon and Full Metal Jacket, so I see where they are coming from.

I agree. After two games on the PSP, the PS3 version needs to feel like a new game, not just more iteration. It really needs to achieve that grand scale of being on a console.
I don't think paring the story down has anything to do with it being multiplatform. I just think its grown hard to follow unless you've played every single game. They are trying to make Rising approachable for the new audience the 360 brings, so they want to make it as stand alone as possible.
Probably another spin-off Mass Effect game for the iPhone/iPad.
Price reduction would get more people to buy them, which could lead to greater brand awareness and more DLC sales. I think publishers can make a legit argument for lower prices.
Put a huge old asterisk at the end of 'exclusively'. Koei made Dynasty Warriors 6 for PS360, ported it to PSP, than ported PS2 with more characters and maps lol. I wouldn't be surprised to see the game move to PS360 after they are done with Trinity and Hokuto no Ken Musou.
Anything more like Uncharted is good in my book.
The other games sound better.
The Archery/Gladiator game looks badass! Like a better version of the Wii game.
